Updated review: Great drinks and the large sizes are actually very large, much better value than other bubble tea places for the same amount of money ($8/9 Large). They have a great selection of real fruit and tea drinks (not the powder/syrup kind). I've always found their boba/pearls chewy, good quality with a great syrup taste and not mushy as most other shops.Initially had a few wrong order issues but they handwrote a little apology note with an extra drink. I really appreciate the effort to make it right and I'm happy to keep ordering here.Pictured is a Sakura Lychee Slush and Brown Sugar Panda Milk Tea in their regular size.

I recently tried Presotea and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their drinks. The tea was brewed perfectly and the flavors were balanced. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely go back again.

Went there for the first time last week. The staff were so friendly! I would recommend looking at the menu before entering the store. The menu is large and can be a little overwhelming.

Staff member was very nice, latte itself had good flavour, but the boba was inedible. It was not properly cooked and was almost crunchy? I love boba and I’ve never tasted boba with that texture. I hope they fix this issue.

Standard bbt. This location has a more grab and go vibe and less sit down and chat. There are two seater tables for small meetups.

The bubble-tea is absolutely fantastic, but that’s not what compelled me to write this review. It’s the staff at Presotea. “KC” has to be the most enthusiastic, energetic server I have come across in Canada. She went out of her way to help my indecisive self choose the right options, was extremely generous with the portions, all with a great smile on her face and an infectious energy right from the moment I stepped into the store. Speaking of the store, it has more options than most other bubble tea shops I’ve visited across different countries. The tapioca itself is offered in six different flavors and varieties, probably more. Highly recommended if you’re looking for boba the way it is served in Asia.

We went during their grand opening. It was busy, but the staff were great. They were knowledgeable about the product and made helpful suggestions. We had a milk tea and a smoothie. Both with boba. The drinks were good and we will be returning. A nice addition to the neighbourhood.

This was my first time visiting Presto tea. It’s only been open a week and you can tell that they still have some things to sort out but I can see this being an amazing addition to the Westboro community.There are so many options to choose from that if you went with a large group everybody would find something on the menu to like in order. The prices are a bit high but at the end of the day inflation is driving some of that so I won’t judge them too hard on that front.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jinny was super sweet and gave my daughter a sample of the tea choice prior to making the full drink as there are so many flavors to choose from, turns out first choice wasn't to her liking so we had a chance for round two and Dragon Fruit Green Tea was a hit! thanks Jinny for the great customer support.
