Should not own a store if not capable. I went there employees talking on phone through airpods no respect for customers. I wanted fatija mix and the girl was putting stale black coloured veggies and when i asked to change it the other girl said je order karyu hoi ae j aapne". Store just runs for money no customer value."

Best Burritos Taste!Came here with my family last month looking for a fast-food alternative. Glad we did. Ordered their special burritos. Everything was perfect especially the grilled beef. Usually in other establishments I find the beef full of fat or nerves; not this one. Nice friendly staff.

I tried your buy one get one free offer.I was given two bowls but ridiculously small portions. Usually the portion that you give in one bowl , this time you gave me the same portion divided into two bowls. I was very disappointed with that. I wish you guys would have just gave me one bowl and did not put an offer like that. I would be happy to give you $15 for one full bowl rather than getting the same portion in two bowls for a promotion. We trust that mucho Burrito cares about that customers but this was a bad experience for me. I had Burrito bowl from mucho burrito before but at that time I did get a full bowl loaded with vegetables and beans. But this time I was unsatisfied with your service. I hope that you can improve this promotion either by deleting it or by giving a right quantity.

Service gets worse and quantity gets smaller every time.You guys are so cheap with your ingredients. Next time if I don't get a quality burrito, I'll just walk out after ordering. You can keep it. I refuse to pay $15 for a spoon full or rice and a spoon full of beans. F.U.

I ordered two bowls through Uber eats and the portions were laughably small, barely half the bowl was filled. The sautéed" veggies were completely raw and I genuinely thought that the person who made the bowls forgot one of the toppings because there was so little. I got a buy 1 get 1 deal

What the hell is going on guys. I left a review 3 years ago that this is the best burrito I’ve ever ate but the employees were different. Whats wrong with that one guy who basically just gave us tortilla. Nothing in it, a regular burrito was not even small. If you wanna save up on food cost and give nothing to customers then the business should be closed. Please improve this. We’re paying hell lot of money.
