Horrible service, they never answer the telephone and when they do sometimes it takes two weeks to get a appointment. Simple prescription refills are a nightmare. One time once I did get a doctor I was asked quote what do you want..." Now that I have left them they are now booking random appointments for stuff I am doing with my new doctor. Nothing but a headache..."

Had the best experience compared to other clinics! Very friendly staff and Doctor Muadh hands down one of the best doctors in town!

Received the best treatment! Staff is very helpful and accommodating! Dr Muadh Abounaja is my favourite! He truly cares about your case and listens to you! Job well done! Strongly recommend

This place is bad and the people there are so rude and u always have to wait for nothing all the dr.s do is just write a prescription for everything instead of trying to deal with or treat what a goong on with u instead!!!

I got my marijuana prescription from Dr. Abunaja in 2016. Everytime when it was time to renew it there was no problem .But this year i talked to the doctor over the phone in the beginning of october cuz of Covid. After waiting for 20 days i called them and asked for an update. The receptionist told me that they don't do marijuana prescription anymore . Very unprofessional and uneducated people who dont care about their patients. Anyways i will renew my prescription from someone else .STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Clinic started out great. Was able to see family doc as I needed. As Clinic got busier it became impossible to see my family doctor there for pressing matters. My husband had surgery and afterward had a complication and was bleeding out. Called the clinic to make an appointment for him and was told he had to wait a MONTH to see his family doctor. I had to FIGHT to get him an appointment for his bleeding after surgery. So we changed clinics. Now I have no income and I am trying to apply for Aish with a new family doctor. This clinic is holding MY file hostage for $120 even after me explaining in detail I don’t have the money and I won’t have the money till I can get approved for benefits but until I can get my file I cannot fill out the paperwork correctly. This clinic cares more about the money than the patients. I would not recommend this clinic to a single soul.

The manager ARZO is very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful, I am actually shocked at her behavior.. but apparently it's just her personality (after reading other reviews). Had to call multiple times to get a referral going through. They never answer the phone in a timely manner. They make mistakes and blame it on you to prevent themselves from being accountable. They do not make it easy to take care of your health concerns. I recommend you go to ANY other clinic in the NE so you don't waste your time.

I've made a complaint to Alberta health services about the staff at this clinic. I waited almost two months for an appointment they scheduled for 9am, only for them not to open until almost 10am causing a group of us to form outside and wait. When I tried to make a complaint to the office manager the front staff would say they just stepped out or put me on hold indefinitely. The doctor's I dealt with were fine, but the front staff is incompetent, rude and disrespectful. I can't stress enough how bad this clinic is and you should go anywhere else.
