I have recieved a remarkable service from them .I had a truck reserved with u haul,and they almost ditched my plan of moving by saying they don’t have a big truck that I reserved.Then I called 15-20 places To look for a 26 foot truck but didn’t find any .Then Karan Sharma on this location came to our rescue and somehow arranged us a truck last minute at a awesome price.Commendable customer ServiceA Big Thankyou!

Don’t bother. Called them twice. Once I was put in hold for 10 minutes. I called back and told the guy that I was on hold and no one picked up the call. He didn’t care. I asked if they sold boxes. He said he didn’t know. Wow. Don’t waste your time.Edit: nice that they got back to me at least. But too little too late. I got what I needed from another company.

One of the best location to rent a truck. Karan is very professional at his job and is always willing to help in assisting and booking a rental vehicle. I will definitely suggest going to this location for rental vehicles.

The company i work for has almost 8-10 penske’s and they send us to this location for the problems, most of the times the management seemed to be reluctant while fixing the issue. I went in today because of someone hit the bumper of their penske and the steel bumper is like half an inch away from the front steer tire. I went there so they could possibly pull the bumper a little bit so that a major accident could be prevented as the bumper could touch the tire when the tractor goes onto a bump on the highway. They have no concern regarding public safety that anything could happen, the tire may blast due to being hit by the bumper and people can die, (its a tire from the front steer axle). The manager came up and he said is the bumper touching the tire right now, i said no but it can in case of a bump or any such condition he said if it doesn’t touches for now. He cannot do anything for the bumper. Like the company doesn’t gives a damn about preventable accidents. I am attaching the photos for the better understanding of the situation

So happy with the service we recieved yesterday from your service dept. Our tractor started having starter issues in Hamilton (we are from BC). Manger squeezed us in even tho they were extremely busy and had a new starter waiting for us when we got there.Within an hour tractor was fixed and we were back on the road.Big shout out for the service guys staying late to ensure we were ready to go when our load was ready.Great experience. Thanks again guys :)

Super fast service

We rented a 16-foot truck from this location, and we had a great experience! Excellent customer service and very professional staff. Sure, they aren't the cheapest option for truck rentals but you definitely get what you pay for. We got a truck that was nice and clean, and the check-in/check-out were hassle-free. We'll definitely be going back to Penske for our rental needs.

Everything was great until we had a issue with gas. I was driving a hino 18ft. I drove the vehicle for a hour or 2 when I was done with the vehicle I went to pump gas but the machine wouldn't let me. As I pulled the nozzle out and continued to squeeze it just wouldn't let me put anymore. I actually paid $2.45. And also $.50 It just wouldn't let me. I returned the vehicle and then was charge a fill fee. The tanks on thoes trucks I do not like. They should remodel there tanks on third trucks in order for people to look in and see the level of fuel

People do business with people. We started renting truck from this location since January 2020 for Mattress To Door operations. We had many other options but Karan Sharma was best to provide fast, prompt service ad we found him very easy going to do business with. He helped us arrange cube van on very short notice not just once or twice but on multiple occasion. Now we are committed to do business at this location not just because of Penske but the staff managing it. Now that we are established a bit, this location get majority of our business. Thank you guys for being part of our operations and providing reliable and trustworthy service. Thanks to Karan and his team members and thank to Penske Brampton. I would refer you guys each and every time.
