Not a bad place to load at all. Scale on-site which is always nice. I did not catch her name but the shipping lady is so very nice, kind, and helpful. She deserves 10 stars, we need more people like her in the world. The broker told me 6 foot tarps, I set both my 8 and 4 footers on the trailer when I dropped it and they were able to use the 4 footers. If they have loads available I will definitely come back to this place.

Someone should teach that driver how to operate with our trailers,he bent my lending gear and i spent 30 min just to hook my trailer,and he does not care,look at my pictures and you’ll see

First time picking up n everyone I dealt with were nice n friendly. I went in the week of driver appreciation week n they gave me a goody bag I wasn't expecting that. Thank you USG. Really made my day alot happier.

Great place... only takes 45min to 1hr to get loaded... you need to drop your trailer, once you talk to Pamela and she gave you directions... you can park in the front and take a nap while waiting for your trailer to get loaded.... what? Did I mention they will put the tarp for you?? Wow and the people they're so nice...

Would have been good except the yard dog bent my landing gear when he put my trailer down and then left. Careless. Stuck waiting on a tow truck.

They very good people.this is the first USG I ever do at pick up and everything was done by 45 minutes, I like to came back and do pick up again.
