Efficient, professional and quality work! Super satisfying to see and smell freshly cleaned carpets. We have zero complaints from our experience. As a heads up, the van has hoses that need to reach to the area that is being cleaned. With permission, we allowed the vehicle into the backyard so they could reach.

I am from Victoria and was looking after an estate in Duncan. I needed to have vertical binds, mini blinds and carpets cleaned. I could not find a company that was able to do the blinds nor one with a long enough hose to be able to do the carpets in the condo. It was by luck that I was given Chris's telephone number by another carpet cleaner.Chris came the next day to remove the blinds and all tracking. While there for the blinds he planned a route that gave him access to do the carpets. The 20 year old vertical and mini blinds left looking very grim. Two days later Chris and his son Kevin returned the blinds and to my amazement they looked like they were new. After hanging the blinds Chris cleaned the carpets and again did an incredible job in cleaning them.I was so impressed that I brought him an 5x7 area rug to be cleaned. I had this rug in a doorway leading outside that my elderly dog (16+) had many an accident on. Well I have just returned home with this rug and it looks and smells brand new.Am I impressed - Absolutely! Would I recommend this company - In a heart beat! The service is one of the best I have ever had. Very professional, very friendly and the end result way beyond my expectations. Peter, who cleaned my carpets, has excellent customer service skills and such a positive attitude. I am very pleased with how my carpets turned out.
