The most DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They hung up in my face! My money has been on hold for ten day now!! The agent was disconnected and did not seem to be bothered and simply hung up after she spoke. I called again and asked for some manager. The other agent Hana said everybody is in a meeting and hung up as well!!
