We’ve had the pleasure of working with Ritchie Wong since 2020. Despite us going back and forth on a few potential purchases, Ritchie was patient, thorough, and very helpful. He was always present to answer all and any questions and was very knowledgeable and an expert in his field. He made the whole mortgage process seamless and smooth. I wish I could provide 10 star review for Sherlock & his team. We had concerns about Trigger Rate, and he was very patiently explained to us about our options. Instead of just replying to our emails for questions, Sherlock arranged for phone calls instead to clarify and ensure that we had all the answers that we need. He is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely highly recommended for all of mortgage needs as well as its post-consultation.
