High Gears Touchless Wash

This place complained about a truck being dusty and had a pop can in the box. Prices are on the higher end and you vehicle won't always come out clean. Used to go here alot but never again when they complained about the dusty Truck. Wouldn't even give this place a star after this.

YOUR LACK OF COMPASSION IS APPLING .After your car wash didn't even attempt the rinse cycle and left my vehicle covered in soap the gentleman in the office apologized and told me to come back tomorrow morning when you open for a complementary cash wash.I explained that my fathers funeral was tomorrow but I will try and come at 7 am for the free wash if I can. I phoned you the following morning at 7:10 and let you know that I was running behind and I couldn't make it and that I will attempt in the afternoon after the funeral .I could tell you were already unhappy with that but you reluctantly agreed. I unfortunately didn't make it for the cash wash that day and my wife returned the following morning and all she got was the run around and attitude because we didn't show up the day after .Why did my wife have to travel to your other car wash location in Morinville to discuss the issue that you had with me not showing up the next morning ? Why the horrible customer service ? Why did you only agree to a rinse when we paid 18.00 for a incomplete car wash ? Why did my wife have to argue and re-explain that it was our Fathers funeral ? In the end you agreed to a 18.00 wash after a argument. I WAS a regular every weekend customer of yours , but no more . You should be embarrassed of your lack of compassion and understanding.

It is a great car wash all good. Decent pricing. Their signage where cars enter and exit has been fixed and now no one sneaking in front of others.

Convenient, long wait (30 minutes around 4:20 pm) easy to follow instructions. I will be back!

Much better wash then the alternative, this auto wash is even big enough for my dually to fit!

I used their automated car wash even paid $18.00 for the best wash, my car came out dusty and it didn't even get the little bit of bug guts off the windshield.Would not recommend, would not use again.
