It’s unfortunate that I feel the need to write a negative review. Buyers please pay attention to reviews from customers experience AFTER the purchase of a vehicle. The service is as important as when you are buying a vehicle from this dealer.I felt like the team were hands on in helping me find a car but once I bought my vehicle, the service was bad. I was on my own.The car I bought came with winter tires installed and summer tires were included and made sure it was written on contract. Unfortunately, I left without summer tires and was promised to return to pick them up within a week. I waited a month after being told I’d get it in a week every single time.Ultimately, I received a call after leaving a voice message with the director to discuss the delays and my bad experience. Although I felt he was condescending and cutting me off while speaking, the tires were ready for pick up the next week.Secondly, before buying the car I was told to call Hyundai service at least a week before my oil change is due which is exactly what I did. Unfortunately I had to go elsewhere because the waiting period given was at least a month and a half for my first free oil change included in the warranty I paid for.Speaking of warranty, I have been trying to reach the finance director who told me that he’ll make sure I’d get the paperwork for my warranty on the car and it’s been weeks since I haven’t heard back. I left voice messages and it was never take care off.Everyone was so friendly and caring before I bought the car but now it’s been a frustrating process for things that should be simple enough.Don’t make promises you can’t keep just to make a sale and please have someone get in touch with me.I’m not the one who writes negative reviews but this hit home !

It’s a perfect experience test driving with Nikolas. I will recommend everyone looking for a Hyundai to go there. Sales persons, the reception, other employees there were all super friendly and helpful. The dealership itself looks really nice, too! One thing really impressive is they don’t push to make a sale, no pressure going there and just browse. Honestly I wish I can give them a sale. Just by the fact that everyone, I mean literally everyone there, said “have a good one” to me when I left, this place worth a 5-star

I took the car in the summer of 2022 mentioning that the engine didn't sound normal. I have 5 cars and this is the most recent one. The mechanics at this place downplayed the sound the engine and here I am in the month of February with a check engine light. I shouldn't have trusted this place. They take your money and treat you like a disposable bag of trash after you buy the carIt's hard to believe that there service department doesn't have any availability for the whole month of May. The car is making a rattling sound, needs an oil change and requires the tire swap.It's a dealership that sells car and right after that forget it.

What an amazing place to buy a car!!! Abdel Beder is one of the best saler I never meet. He helped my family to find our dreaming car with all features we needed. Very professionnel, no rush, very patient and courtois, answered my inquiries. The technique department also fixed issues my car had and passed Ontario safety smoothly.100% I recommande

Wanted to take first ever appointment for my electric Kona, the lady refused to give me an appointment without ID number of the car, she needed right away on phone, hilariously weird and insensitive about how these dealers are tossing people like some stuff to left and right without any respect for our time and money. Never to Hyundai Saint Laurent if not Hyundai at all

Maxim was a star, super helpful and went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. Overall, the team was efficient in sorting the financing and getting our vehicle ready. It’s a busy place, it pays to be patient. Recommended

I would recommend Massih to anyone in the market of buying a car. Even after the purchase of our new Santa Fe, he called me to follow up and see how we liked the truck, if we had any questions, and any questions I had, I never felt I was bothering him.I’m in the customer service business myself for over 30 years and he was spectacular.
