Our office has used AnswerConnect for overflow reception for about a month. So far it has far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to small offices looking for a receptionist service or overflow/after hours phone service. They have a $10/month promotion to try it out. It was quick and easy to set up - I appreciate the time Paola (acccount manager) took with me to set it up and for checking in". Messages come through to email and you can listen to the messages on the portal if you need more information. The people who answer the call do an amazing job - they balance keeping the call short and to the point while making the caller feel heard. I notice Paola even made a "test" call to ensure it was working smoothly today. Absolutely worth trying out!"

AnswerConnect has been a great solution for our company,. They have enabled us to better manage customer calls while having some staff working remotely or off-site. Our customers are never talking to a machine or pressing buttons to get to the right person. Even when Rogers was down recently, they were able to help us pivot to avoid missing calls. We had some unique requests for how certain calls are to be handled, their Canadian team has worked closely with us to ensure the scripting is right. It helps that AnswerConnect plants a treefor every customer, every month too!

I use answer connect for our after hours line as a heating and air conditioning company. It works great for filtering calls and determining what are the real emergencies that require an after hours tech and what information can be left in a message for the daytime office staff to address. They assist us in any way we ask, updating our on call schedule should something be missed, reaching out to management if a caller is not getting an answer. They handle all of our clients professionally and with respect.

I'm so happy I made the switch to AnswerConnect! We were using another company before, and their agents weren't professional or couldn't take down information without numerous errors. They also dragged the conversation on to bill more. Ever since we've made the switch to AnswerConnect, everything is running much smoother. Their 24/7 call answering (at no additional charge btw) agents are very professional and caring. They follow the scripts we've set up really well and are quick and effective with the call. Creating the scripts was also such a breeze. We also integrated with our FreshDesk ticketing system which has made things even more efficient and streamlined! We needed to tweak things a couple times but the AnswerConnect team always had it fixed within the hour. They are incredibly friendly, caring and prompt.
