Not responding to people's concerns. Not returning phone calls for months, when not in their interest. Not interested to provide information and service on time. It might be good place to work, but if you are on the other side - the receiver of the service, you are not in good hands.

I’m coming here with my son for therapy. He likes to come here. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. My son likes it that much, he doesn’t want to come home, lol.
