Not bad and definitely better for their price..Am with them for almost a year now & I kinda had issues a month ago but thy said its on Bell side or wtever. so far am really ok with these guys coz of their price which is better, so as the service.

Does not, in my opinion, provide good customer service. Have had more than one bad experience. Latest was trying to get technical support to resolve a simple issue. Whenever I called and selected technical support

Demands that they use remote assistance to help with trouble shooting which could lead to credit card theft and scam

they have suddenly gone out of business and I am afraid that I would loose my number .... wondering if some one can help me keeping my same number ... let them have the money and shove it up their A**** SCAMMERS

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Absolutely zero customer service, internet and phone lines would go down for a couple of hours sometimes even days. Asked for a statement of closure promised to send it to me and they still haven't sent it, however they have sent me a bill for my next month's service. Plus they randomly disconnected their phone line so there is absolutely no way for me to get in contact with them.

Having very bad experience so far with customer and technical service. No internet for last 5 days and no one is picking up the phone. I visited the office at 100 Dynamic Dr, scarborough and they are not there anymore.

Astonishingly incompetent and horrible customer service. They barely speak English. Cancelled my service and have been asking for a statement of account closure for two weeks now, each time they say that they'll email it right away but they don't. They've sent me the last bill now and have charged me for the whole month. Called again and in broken English, they said that they're going to fix this and I should receive my new corrected bill within the hour...never heard back. This is not isolated..each time I called about any issues, I never heard back. Did I mention that they barely speak English (or pretend that they don't). It's a nightmare.As for the internet speed...frequent down time...very low speed (low enough that I can't even log into my gmail)Avoid at all cost!

Poor customer/technical service . My opinion, If any one wish to have a quality product better move to good company .So frustrated.
