DHL Service Point

I dropped off a package at the DHL location in Nisku between 11:30 and 12 pm April 27th and the customer service was excellent. The customer service rep that I had the pleasure of dealing with was friendly and helpful. Customer service seems to be a lost art but this staff had it in spades. I’ve worked in the customer service industry both in healthcare and private; if I had boxes to tick off with how a customer should be treated all of the boxes would have been ticked off! Hopefully this reaches management; all too often good staff are not acknowledged! I left with a smile….

Surprised to see the low star at this location. The staffs were very helpful and caring. They provided the accurate time of when the goods will be delivered. Also, the tracking was accurate. While one of staffs was been trained, it's fine with me that she need to ask for guidance from the supervisor. I highly recommended this place

I had already set up a delivery point and had confirmation last month about the location I chose.Yesterday I got a txt message and an email saying it was at a location that is not the one I chose. The location was an hour drive away! When I got there they told me it wasn't there.So I drove all the way there for nothing. Why send me a txt message and an email, to send me to a location, when it is not even there.This is supposed to be a delivery company. Not at we'll screw over your day while you try to deliver your own package yourself" company.They are either incompetent

Worst mail service. Tries to deliver at 1am despite never coming to house (have cameras) delivers to wrong address, leaves package without signature. Wish I could have my items shipped by a literal toddler, they'd do a better job.

So awful. My package made it to Edmonton on December 3, I never received a notification or slip that said they had attempted delivery. I figured it out on my own that it was at their airport location. I paid the duties online and asked to have it shipped to the Sherwood park location so pick up would be easier. 2 days after that I finally got a text saying it was in Sherwood park. I went there the day after I got the text and there was no package there. The guy behind the desk said it was very weird to get a text saying it was there but I'm his end it said it was still at the airport location. It's now December 11. My package has been in Edmonton for 8 days and I still don't have the package because they are so completely disorganized.

I was sent to this location from Edmonton because the Authorized dealers weren't aware of what needs to be done for customs and processing. I met Eniola and Hermion at the desk. These two ladies were the absolute best, from the beginning to end. They were patient, explained the processes and everything was smooth with my shipment. It is also evident that they enjoy their jobs and goes the extra mile for their customers. They are an absolute asset to DHL. I will be returning!!!. Thank you

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had a delivery scheduled for Friday June 29 and rescheduled it to Wed July 4. On Mon July 2 DHL attempted delivery and I was notified of a failed delivery even though they were not supposed to deliver on this date. I went back into the system and changed the delivery from Wed July 4 to Fri July 6 in case there was some system issue with the last request. I got a delivery notice on Wed July 4 but no package turned up. Today is Thurs July 5 and I got another delivery notice that the package is to be delivered today. I phoned DHL Express ServicePoint to sort this out and ask when the package would actually be delivered. I was basically told that the package would be delivered today even though I had it scheduled for tomorrow and that there was nothing they could do. The DHL agent told me to go online and re-request delivery for tomorrow but it is currently still showing that delivery is scheduled for Friday July 6. I told her also that the buzzer in my building wasn't working and the last driver phoned me, she said that not all drivers have company mobile phones and seemed to get very irritated. None of this is my fault and they shouldn't offer the option to re-schedule your delivery date if they are not going to bother with it and deliver whenever. Ridiculous!

Ordered something off of Amazon. It never arrived. DHL sent us a text 3 weeks later saying to go pick it up as it has been delivered for a month. The tracking said it had arrived in the correct location. No sign of it. Trying to contact DHL was a pain. When I called I got stuck in a loop on the automated menu. Finally got through and they said oh sorry its in a different city you can go pick it up though. I was frustrated because the tracking and the text said it arrived but they quit half way through the process. I will avoid DHL at all cost for now on.

The worst!! Reschedule your date without knowing and blame u for it because they put in the wrong truck in the wrong routes l, and not willing to own up to their mistakes.
