I took blended class with instructor Dave. He is friendly and teaches very well. Small size classes. Will definitely go back again for recertification.

Swoop911 has the BEST First Aid training I’ve received! Dave/Swoop911 is very knowledgeable in all things first aid and emergency care. He explains safety, is personable, and provides training in a professional manner. I highly recommend Swoop First Aid. This is the 3rd time I've re-certified with them and will return again. Dave is an excellent instructor. He is professional and present materials in an interesting and easy to understand manner. And he will answer any questions you have throughout the course. He definitely takes the stress out of this course for me. Thank you Dave !!

I needed to get recertified and had no idea where to go, found Swoop First Aid online, and for a decent price, and thought why not, I'll give them a try. Right from the moment I walked in the door, our instructor Dave was absolutely inviting, this continued into him being an awesome instructor who made the course fun and easy to learn. I'll definitely be back when I need again and I recommend anyone looking for a place for first aid/CPR to go here. I wasn't disappointed.

Dave was a great instructor. I took Standard First Aid and the class was both informative and interesting. Highly recommend if you need somewhere to take a First Aid Course.

Great class. Dave provides excellent real world examples and pulls what's really important from the curriculum. The blended format is also a great option for program delivery.

Was denied access to the class because of an issue at the Red Cross, which was of no fault of my own. Dave denied me access to the class, a practice that is not required by the Red Cross, which will result in a financial loss to me due to timing. Dave's saving grace is that I received a full refund.

Dave is an amazing instructor!!! This was by far, the best First Aid/CPR course that I have ever taken. I would highly recommend Swoop First Aid as the place to go for second to none training. Kudos to Dave :)

I did the first portion of Blended Standard First Aid and CPR course online and Dave Gasnick gave me the second portion of the course at the Swoop training centre . I was extremely nervous when I arrived to do the practical portion of the First Aid course. Dave is very knowledgeable and professional, he quickly made my nervousness disappear.
