Energy prices are at an all time high and it’s interesting that at the same time you are sending your employees on an all expense paid trip to the Banff Springs hotel for their work during COVID. Even employees that no longer work for you. Glad you are profiting from all your customers struggling to pay their astronomical utility bills. Do better Enmax, how can you use your profits from Calgarians to support the community and your struggling customers?

Before the winter rate was under 3$ for gas and during winter 7$.... I see how they make money. Well getting 1 star for increasing the rate. Get a fixed rate for both to whom is reading this. I didn't think it would be double. Normally 60-70$ gas bill was 138.19$.

This should be an Alberta government run utility as there is little to no competition for consumers to choose. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs...Oh great that's means I can get water and sewer from another company......if not then this equals monopoly. ... also customer service reps are horrible to deal with. Very rude. I am glad that I no longer have to deal with your company and I will never return as a customer.Just received my final bill, the service charges have doubled from my previous bills. Why? This is unacceptable

Enmax is a low customer service company that charges way too much for there service.I've used bc hydro and NWT power corporations.Alberta Enmax is a rip off I pay 500.00 a month in Alberta.Bc hydro I pay 120.00 to 150.00 a month.NWT power corporations I pay250.00 to 300.00 a month

They are disgusting, first they cut my power without any notify and when I call them they told me that they close my account and open new one without notify me .Enmax do you know that I have three kids who need a warm food and need a bath after school , what your company will lose if they send to me a notify or sms or e-mail before cutting the bowerYour company are disgusting and from now on I will choose other companyEnmax you are a loser

Enmax closed my account and opened a new one under my name without informing me (I paid off both accounts) they expect me to pay the bill after my move out date even though they informed me they closed my account. You guys can't own up to your mistake and try to put it on me because I didn't say I moved even though you closed my account. Stoopid

Odd, I feel most of these reviews should reflect epcor, and my dealings with enmax have been quite the contrary to the reviews. Quite a breath of fresh air.Better deals, a lot of customer conscience policies most of there competition doesn't have.

Some staff in the payment department don’t honor the note that’s on there system to work with this customer to set up payment arrangements each month around her pension date. One staff today said it’s not a forever thing for us to have to do.
