Fancy Nancy was exactly what i was looking for! I was new to wigs and wanted a personalized experience with no sales pressure. Fancy Nancy was so welcoming, understanding of the sensitive experience that hair loss can be. And i loved the 1 on 1 appointment in a private room. She was patient and explained all the differences between different brands and types of wigs and very communicative while i waited for my order to arrive. I am so much more knowledgeable now and excited to show off my new hair dos (i couldn't decide between 2 options, so i bought both!) And as a bonus i feel like i can reach out if i have any questions later... Thanks Fancy Nancy!!
