Noble Paw Veterinary Hospital

I really like this place. Whenever my cats have any problems, we come here for a check-up. The front desk service is excellent and the doctors are patient and professional. However, there is one older front desk staff member who lacks patience and makes customers feel uncomfortable. Every time I make an appointment or talk to her, I get a sense of impatience. This is the only downside, but everything else is great.

I used to love this place for the care and love shown to my animals alongside a fair price. After today I am questioning why I would ever take my pets lives here due to the cold and unhelpful service by the young woman on the phone. My cat, a regular patient, was having an emergency situation. This woman not only told me they are fully booked today" but also "the next few days" with no concern whatsoever. When I asked if there was anything they could do to help as she is a patient of theirs I was told to "call an emergency vet". Absolutely no compromises

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Noble Paw, a veteran hospital that truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care to its patients. From the moment I walked through the door, I was struck by the warmth and friendliness of the staff, who made me feel right at home.What really impressed me, however, was the hospital's infrared therapy apparatus. This cutting-edge technology is simply incredible, providing patients with a non-invasive and highly effective treatment option for a wide range of conditions.The staff at Noble Paw were incredibly knowledgeable about the infrared therapy apparatus, and they took the time to explain the science behind it and how it can benefit patients. I was blown away by the level of care and attention that they provided, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire process and that I had a thorough understanding of what was happening.Overall, I can't recommend Noble Paw highly enough. From the state-of-the-art technology to the compassionate and caring staff, this hospital truly is a cut above the rest. If you're in need of medical care, I urge you to give Noble Paw a try - you won't be disappointed!

The receptionist was really bad. I called to choose English service to book an appointment. The person who picked up the call couldn't understand what I was saying. I was asking whether they have a slot available today. Her tone wasn't friendly either. I called because our neighbor recommended them but I got turned off already by their receptionist attitude.

We use this vet for about two years. The price is reasonable, especially compared to another vet nearby. Service is also high standard, we did the spay for our cat here, also a surgery for a giant cell tumor, and are happy for the results.

Can’t say enough good things about Noble. The staff are amazing and care so much for the animals. They are super patient and will help you make the best decisions for your furbabies.

This is a great veterinary shop. They cured my cat through a simple diagnosis. My cat started to vomit after diarrhea and stopped eating. So I made an appointment to see a doctor. Their prices are the most cost-effective in the NW area, and they have a lot of services, such as dental cleaning, x-rays, and they can buy medical food there

I’ve been to a lot of vets over the years for my cats and this one by far is the best. Vet’s aren’t cheap and they never will be but I think NP are more than reasonable with their pricing and always make sure you know what you’re in for. To be honest I’m always shocked by how cheap it is (comparatively) and I believe they go above and beyond to make sure you know what is absolutely needed instead of just trowing your wallet at the wall. I’ve seen two Docs there and both have been professional and caring as has the staff, my appointments have always been on time and My cats and I have always been treated extremely well.If I could give 10 stars I would.

You can tell this place is amazing from the very beginning and that is in large part due to how caring and professional the nurse is. She made sure to hold a spot for me after an email and was extremely delicate with our shy little cat. It's clear she takes her job seriously and really cares about animals/clients.The vet himself was also attentive and answered any questions that we had. He was patient and allayed our worries. We came in to neuter a cat and the whole process was clear, educational and straightforward. Our little guy, Pumpkin, was cared for and treated with respect throughout the whole process.Pumpkin also received a fabric cone, which is much nicer than a plastic one. He has recovered very nicely since we had clear instructions about how to care for him, and I'm really happy with the service provided by Noble Paw :)
