great store, nice staff, although we come in and order 5-7 subs for the family it takes less then 10 minutes!!

I have tried this location a few times in the last year and it's always been a mess. Today was my final straw and will not be returning. They are cheap on toppings. Asked for lettuce on my sub, onions etc and didn't receive any if it. I asked for Louisianna sauce, and welll...... didnt get that! i got a franks red hot sauce....When I asked the lady, she ignored me and was adamant she needed needed do the sauce first. Ignoring all simple requestsI was so fed up, I accepted the 16.00 sub and left.I have been going to Mr.Sub for years and this will be the last at that location. Absolutely disrespectful and lacking customer service and work ethic. I will be contacting head office.

The absolute best Subs ever. The bread is always so soft and fresh, the cold cuts are sliced perfect and when you put that all together it’s just perfect. The business is run by a wonderful family and you can call your order in and avoid having to wait. This place gets 10 stars

Wife and have been going to this place for 6 years now whenever we wanted a sub. The past few times things have really gone downhill.The sub makers are very stingy on toppings. When you ask for more toppings you get a dirty look. They are also very stingy on the main ingredient (meat). If you ask for more they'll put more on and then add extra meat surcharge, which I get, but what you now get as extra meat" and pay for

When you pay 13.50 for a sub you kind of expect not to be given 1/3 the meat. The server literally picked it with tongs like she was told to ration it like food supplies during the war, the proceeds to drown it in sauce to compensate. Was also on her phone and not listening. I remember my first job but I didn't treat it that poorly. Won't be coming back.

I’ve been going to this location for years. The one girl that works there (I wish I knew her name) is amazing. Makes great subs. Nice conversation. I always tip her.The fact that there is two people at this location that can do their job properly and is actually nice and not rude. The gentleman that works here & one other girl.The other staff members and sloppy and rude & you can certainly tell they hate their jobs. They wear it in their face and in the attitude.The restaurant is always a mess when other staff members are working. Especially the bathroom. Don’t even bother going in.They are cheap on toppings. Barely any lettuce on the subs let alone meat.I’ve learned my lesson to only go in during the week when I know my girl is working. I’ve tried this location multiple times on the weekend & never doing it again. I’m not paying almost 15$ for just bread.

This is why Firehouse Subs are killing off other sub places.. Friendly but on a budget.. Extremely chinsy on toppings and main ingredient. Got a foot long veggie and 3 cucumbers on it... Got a seafood sub and it's mostly bread.. Good service just cheaply made subs..

This Mr. Sub is terrible. I've ordered a veggie and cheese sub on a couple of occasions and they charged me extra for two slices of cheese. $2 for one extra slice of cheese! That sub is supposed to come with two slices. They're not following the franchise recipe and it's ridiculous. You should get the same service at every Mr. Sub and you don't if you go here. Avoid this location. Try the one on Dundas instead.

Found a hair on my sub went in for a refund the employee was very rude. I I showed her the hair. It was clearly a hair I pulled it out of the sub..she proceeded to call her Manager on the phone. Finally received a refund. She continued to be rude and told us to take the hair with us and throw it outside. Would not recommend ever going there.

They don’t know how to read orders. They give you little to no toppings. Cut corners on meats. I’ll be making a franchise complaint to head office. My family used to own a Mr.Sub for many years so I’m sure a couple people at head office I would recognize. I’m tired of ordering from here only not get what I paid for. This store also freezes all their bread and then thaws it out so they don’t have to bake fresh bread everyday. I know all the ins and outs of this business, can’t fool a longtime owner.
