The woman answering the phone was very short about first time client questions that I had when I called. She was very clear that she was inconvenienced by my call.It’s Very unfortunate that you have someone that is ignorant being your first line for your company

I have heard many great things about Mario through various individuals prior to seeking help. Just like everyone else, I was scared as I didn't know what to expect. He was very sensitive to my fears and answered all the questions and concerns that I had. Not only helped me get the much needed pain relief from an injury, he also helped me get back on my feet. He helped give me the encouragement I needed to overcome an injury and go through the healing process. Definitely worth it!

I had an appt. and arrived 15 Mins early to find the door locked for lunch and no where to sit so I waited. My own fault for being early, but it was a first visit and I thought they might need paperwork from me. Then the door was unlocked and I went in to find the place empty, no reception, nobody around and one lady (not a worker wandering the hall). I sat in the waiting room till 10 after 1 and no signs of life other than in a room with the door closed. Since my appt. was 1 o'clock it became obvious to me they have no respect for my time so I left. What a terrible way to run a business and if they treat a new client this way !!!!!!!! I do not recommend them.

Mario works miracles with his hands and needles. He has incredibly extensive knowledge of the human body and how it functions.

I was pretty sure I needed a knee replacement. It is still hard to believe that it is virtually back to normal - but it is. A bit of a miracle! Thanks Mario.

Left me speechless!If I wanted chiropractic care, I would see a chiropractor. If I wanted Physio, I would see a physical therapist. I wanted acupuncture, so I only wanted to see a Registered Acupuncturist. Who else would you trust with needles???Very grateful he is here in Chatham Kent!!

Oh I was so hesitant in going to see him BUT I am having remarkable success with his treatment. Almost pain free after one session. Looking forward to the remainder.
