Bicycles Quilicot

I brought a few bicycles here for a small tune-up. I had purchased the bikes used, and knowing very little about bike mechanics, I wasn't quite sure what they needed. I went to the store thinking I'd have to leave the bikes there for a few days, but the staff in the repair shop were able to tune them on the spot in less than an hour. They did excellent work, were honest, and fixed exactly what needed to be fixed for the type of biking I do. Another shop told me that one of the front forks was slightly bent and that the brakes couldn't be fixed because of it, but here they were able to fix the brakes perfectly, and told me for that the type of bike riding I do, it wouldn't be worthwhile to change the fork. Highly recommend!

They are my local go to shop when I don't have time to order online, obviously some parts prices are exaggerated (some components have over 40% markup over other shops) and their bikes are priced fairly for the region" but look for manufacturers rebates because they won't necessarily tell you upfront.And please don't buy a bike from a tourist trap spot unless it's on sale or you have time constraints & no other options.Just logical if you think about it...Staff is five stars

The mechanics here fix your bike like if it was theirs. They are very knowledgeable and competent, and put all of their good will to make your bike the best it can be. Very strong supervisor and senior mechanics. When they let a bike leave the shop, you can be guaranteed that it is in great shape and the price is always fair and reasonable. You can really trust these guys.

Was in yesterday after a (road) ride to have my steering stem looked at as it was cracking when I turned the handlebars. I was asked if I had an appointment. I thought he was joking! Was then advised I need an appointment for service. I asked if I could leave my bike and come back in the next few days. Was advised I have to book an appointment online that he didn't know what appointments were available. Took my bike to CyberCycle Tremblant and repair will be ready in 24hrs. I will not return to Quilicot for service. Very disappointed.

My tri-bike required unplanned emergency repairs while on a trip to Mount Tremblant. The store mechanics were professional and executed the repairs to perfection. It was ready the following day, and I was able to go on my long ride. Also very good selection of bike accessories, including indoor smart trainers. I was very impressed with this bike shop.

Just bought a new bike from this shop. Great staff, amazing service and incredible turn around time. Staff took plenty of time to understand what I was looking for and went over best options with me. They didn't have bike I wanted in stock but were able to have it shipped to store, assembled and ready to ride within 48 hours. I am incredibly happy and would highly recommend!
