Today was the first day I used their services. Tamara and her partner Marissa did an amazing job! From the moment I met Tamara, her enthousiasm and professionalism was evident made me feel like I finally hired the right company. This was our first time using SSC Maintenance and we were very pleased with the service they provided. We live next to a quarry and have construction going on near our home, so our windows were very dirty. SSC staff was professional, very friendly, arrived on time, and left our windows gleaming. The icing on the cake was that SSC matched a competitor’s quote. We will definitely use SSC again and will be recommending them to our friends and family.

The two lovely ladies were here this am and did a wonderful job cleaning my house upstairs and downstairs. The bathrooms are always done well and the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned. I've had this service for about 2-3 years now and haven't had a complaint. Well worth it. I must mention that I had all my windows cleaned inside and out as well and they were excellent...streak free and I have never had my windows so clean before. Sue ..in the Embrun office is so pleasant and accommodating.

SSC came to clean our unfinished basement after a flood (part sewage backup). They were friendly, efficient and explained everything they did to disinfect and clean our basement.The builder was super difficult to work with, and SSC quickly alleviated a lot of the stress (as a first time home buyer), from the situation. So happy with the service and a big sigh of relief that we can now safely begin using our basement again. Thank you so much!!

5 star service & professionalism. I would highly recommend this company. They were very easy to deal with to set up an appointment & followed Covid protocols. The finished product was even better than I expected! So happy with their cleaning services. Highly recommend them & will definitely book again.

The office staff are helpful and accomadating. The cleaners arrive on time and are always hard working and professional. They clearly take great pride in their work,. I always look forward to their visits, as they leave our home looking and smelling amazing! We are delighted with this company! Excellent customer service having dealt with Sue since the beginning. We came back home and you could clearly see that they did an amazing job cleaning our house. It makes such a big difference coming home after work to a clean and sanitized home and we truly appreciate the work that SSC Maintenance Services does for us. We no doubt recommend their services and thank them.

While we love the actual person who comes to clean our house (Tamara is lovely and great - even when she comes solo), the administrative support with this company is really lacking. We have been with the company for about 6 months now with bi-weekly cleans. We have asked every single time to be notified in advance (just a day's notice) about what time the cleaners will be coming so that we can plan. With about a dozen visits, we've been notified maybe twice. The rest of the time we either guess or have to call several times ourselves the morning of or night before to find out. They've told us each time that they'll let us know and then they just don't.We are only staying with the company because we like Tamara. There need to be some improvements on the administrative/customer service side.

Found this company to be unprofessional. They used my tub to fill their machine , and my lower ceiling was left stained due to them using way too much water on the secondlevel. I have used other carpet cleaning companies before . None have ever needed my shower lolAlso guy in charge was rude and unprofessional.
