DO NOT USE THEIR HOME INTERNET SERVICE.No complaints about the staffs they are all friendly people. It’s just Fido and how they gave authorization to the staffsit’s been 10 days of calling and coming to the store and nobody could resolve my issue. from setting up the account on the phone to modem pick up to cancellation nothing was coordinated with each others. And when I tried to get out of the service they kept sending me home service agreements as a way to keep me as a customer.Not recommended.

Nice staff. They might have management/policy issues. I tried to upgrade my phone but they wouldn’t accept my Qc ID so I went home and came back and they were closed before 9. I ended up getting what I needed from T booth. Same price and they close at the actual time

The so-called manager" literally would not even apologize when I was charged twice the amount on the contract I signed in person at their location for my internet service. She told me that it is my job to wait on hold for 3+ hours with corporate or cancel my account. Terrible customer service. Very unimpressed."

So far I have to experience the worst customer service not only from their store agent but also for the online service I ask to put hold on my service cause I lost my job they told its okay and then booomm at the end of month I am being charged for internet i didn’t use how awful is that I swear to God FIDO IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER ONLY INTERESTED IN RIPPING PEOPLE OFF SHAME ON FIDO, Honest to God the Government should revoke this company licence their business is based on LIES, STEALING FOR PPL, PLEASE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA DO SOMETHING FOR CANADIANS WE ARE BEING RIPPED OFF, NEEDS TO STOP

Full points to the staff however minus 2 star for their nonsense policy to deduct extra money if your credit card address is not same as your phone address. I took a prepaid for $25 however they charged me $30 plus taxes. This is pure capitalism.

Don't go to that place. Today I went there, met with the worker. He was an assistant manager with extremely rude behavior. I will never go there again.

Simply awful service from one of the staff ! Was rude and did not even try to solve the problem of overbilling. I did visit billings bridge branch FIdo twice before but they were simply great. I wouldn’t recommend anyone this store !

I spent the whole afternoon trying to get them swap my physical SIM with an e SIM. They ended up messing up my 2 phones that are on the same plan. None of the phones works, it keeps saying networkunavailable. They could not offer any help other than saying that their tech support is telling them that the Fido/Rogers network is congested. They did not offer any suggestion on what I should do next to get help. Such a terrible service that deserves 0 star.
