A different account with many here...My dog went through an operation two weeks ago, but her yellow nose discharge continued. As the vet suggested, if the symptom persisted for two weeks, she probably needed go through anesthesia again.So, my reality was, last Friday afternoon, Jan 10, I took my dog to the clinic again, got a bottle of antibiotic pills for three weeks, instead of the initial six weeks, which was reduced upon my concern.The antibiotic was special, so it was expensive, according to the vet. Also very strong, I suspected, because I was told it could affect bacteria in the bone. So I decided to postpone using it by a couple of more days, to give my dog one more chance to rally with her own immune mechanism.I did something on my own over the weekend, hoping it would help her, and it worked. (Excuse me for not disclosing the thing I did, for it can be an intellectual know-how. ;-) ) So I called the clinic the following Monday morning, to ask if they could refund the pills since they were untouched and will be valid until October 2021. These pills are useless at my side now, which may well help other dogs who really need them, and with view of myself being a potential long term customer, for I still have another dog and another cat, I thought they would refund the pills, but my reality was: No

Super nice Dr. Clean and fair prices. Wait was a little long but worth it.

Their CoVid restrictions seem too extreme. I’m all for taking precautions but they wouldn’t let me in the room with my animal for the consultation.

Took my dog to the vet because he had worms, everybody there was really nice and while it's not cheap, it is also not very expensive.

Friendly staff, great service. Our vet doctor was thorough with his check-up with our 5-month old Lab puppy; he was gracious and knowledgeable. 1st time here from another vet clinic and I like this place better! We'll be back!

They are kind, but they didn't help me at all, wanted to prepare my cat for travel and they gave me the wrong number of another animal clinic because they just don't have that technology (dixit). I explained my situation by phone, why they wasted my time making me take an appoinment 3 days later for that when my time is running?

I’ve been here twice and won’t go again... They take 3-5 minutes to do check up and won’t let you in the room. My puppy got a vaccine that I didn’t ask for and paid for it. My puppy is scared to go to a vet now...
