Circulation staff were very courteous and helpful when I dropped in. Editor also stopped by to chat with ‘the new customer’; a friendly welcome all around.

Sadly but not shocking that again this paper had not shown support for a month long Ukraine Animal rescue fundraiser that I was donating 100% of my dog walking money towards. I had submitted my request to have it announced in the newspaper at the beginning of the month and it was not printed. There were other stories that could have been dropped as they were of no real importance.Having faced discrimination and slander by a previous employee who appears to be gone now, this is why I am not shocked. Also never once was a paid ad ever added with my correct information to contact me.This paper gets thumbs down from me. I hope not too many animals have missed out on medical care and foods because of the no advertising of the fundraiser. Shame on you!
