Acadia developed plans for 2 projects at our house - one was for the back yard deck, the other was inside the house, with the removal of load bearing walls. From concept to completion, the entire team at Acadia were amazing to work with, incredibly responsive and just really nice peopleI would absolutely recommend Acadia, and also an amazing contractor that they sometimes work with, whose name is George - it was a great feeling to see someone so skilled at their work. Max ( the owner ) was incredibly patient with our questions, but also incredibly skilled at design both interior and exterior.Thank You ! Brian Grant, Toronto.

We were referred to Acadia when we were in need of designs and drawings to submit to the city for zoning and change of use on a building we were considering moving our business into, as our current location is soon to be torn down for a new condo development. While others mocked the futility of our situation, Acadia put a team together to determine what our needs were, supply the drawings and deal with the city on our behalf. We are pleased and excited to say that all of their and our hard work has payed off, as we were granted the zoning and change of use required, as well as permits needed for leasehold improvements. I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with this company and highly recommend them.

Acadia is great!!! Our project is a bakery in Toronto and Acadia was able to guide our permit process very efficiently. We needed a zoning variance and building permits. They coordinated everything so that there was minimal time between the 2 processes.They also took care of the design and engineer drawings for our project. As we've needed revisions based on equipment availability, they have always found a way to make it work.The staff are INCREDIBLE!!! All very professional and very good at the work they do. I was panicked at a couple of stages and they took the time to explain what was happening with the project and how it's progressing.If you need design work, these are your people! If we ever open a second spot, Acadia is the first call we will make.

Acadia has been a huge help creating our permit drawings under a tight deadline! They were very quick to respond, and answered all our questions. We found them great to work with and very professional. They accommodated all our requests and worked hard to get us our permits as quickly as possible with no revisions from the city! Would highly recommend and will be using them again!

I reached out to Acadia in September 2019 to create the interior design set and construction/permit drawings for my business, The Sand Trap Golf Simulator & Lounge. I met with Max for a site visit and explained to him the concept and my vision for the space. I liked that he was very understanding, honest, and passionate about the project. His team was able to come up with a fantastic interior design within the tight deadline, and submitted all the permits to the city on my behalf.I was very pleased with their work and decided to use them to oversee the construction as well. The build out was not without its hiccups and went slightly over budget (for reasons beyond anyone's control) but Acadia handled everything very well. As someone with no background in construction, I appreciated being able to rely on Acadia's expertise without worrying about the details. I also liked that the construction quote was very accurate and accounted for all the costsThe end product exceeded my expectations and looked even better than the renderings. There was one issue which required the epoxy flooring to be re-done, but it was covered under warranty and scheduled during our covid closure.Overall, I was very pleased with Acadia's services and would highly recommend them. I will likely use them in the future
