Rented this JD30 and the dump trailer from Xtend Rentals on the weekend as we had some farm/horse paddock work to do and material to move. Turned out that when we went to go and drop the material the dump didn't work.... No Battery!Yes we should have checked when we picked it up but we didn't. So unloaded it by shovel and man it was hard work.But gonna say that xtend rentals XTENDED their sincere apologies by telling us that they would cover our entire rental again for free so that we could finish the work we never got to.HANDS DOWN THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME!!!Being a business that understands time is money, they showed us not by just saying here is 20% or 50% off, but saying, hey let's help you get that job done!!It's free for you next time.Yes businesses are short staffed and yes new people make mistakes, and sometime those who are pros make mistakes, but we didn't freak out and they OWNED IT!!Thanks Bill, Nick, Brett and team at Xtend.This story will be told for a long time to come, give business to those who appreciate business

I have never worked with a better company! Their customer service is amazing. I had so many issues with our project. My contractor kept extending the work day by day. Working with xtend was the easiest part of the whole project. I can not rave enough about their customer service!

Horrible horrible service from their so called manager Nick, absolutely rude and arrogant took phone calls while I was trying to speak with him. Didn't seem to ever once care about my business. All their locations are a safety hazard to be at due to improper immature teenaged staff and the owner let's his minor aged child operate and load machinery simply because he's the son of the owner, I'm sorry but I wouldn't feel safe walking onto any of your locations knowing you a 13 year old is operating machines that weigh tens of thousands of pounds while not even being employed by the company. Just poor business all around.

I've known Bill for many years when he was pretty much a one man show. Over the years I have rented various pieces of equipment and have always been accommodated regardless of my needs and timeline.The company has grown over the years and they have managed to maintain that sense of community service.I have also rented from others during this time due to my needs, but I find Bill's company to have the best prices and convenient locations.The team are also very easy to talk to and as I have said, they go out of their way to accommodate regardless of your needs.Highly recommended.Hey Bill, thanks for all the great service over the years.

Xtend rentals helped me with a bobcat rental for loading some heavy items. They were on time, delivered a good piece of equipment and picked it up when I was finished. No hassle, no issue, just how business should be. Thank you Nick for the no hassle service provided last week.

Dont listen to what true north gaming saysProbably couldnt run equipment in a simulation if they tried. 5 stars for xtend coming from a person with actual equipment skills and knowledge, not games.
