They were fantastic! Showed up on time to pick everything up. We’re very helpful with ensuring everything was protected and secure. Very professional and kind. Delivery took the shorter end of the timeframe provided. On day of delivery they showed up earlier than the time frame given and unloaded the truck super quick and with great care. All involved were very nice and professional. Would absolutely go with Centennial Moving again!

Overall the move was smooth and efficient. The movers got everything gathered in a timely manner and had everything dropped out even quicker. Great and friendly team who dropped all my stuff off for me exactly where I wanted it in my home. They reassemble and reassemble what they can which is also very helpful. The only thing I will say is I feel like the shuttle fee service is kind of high considering there are several peoples things on the truck and definitely put me over my moving budget. Otherwise Eric from the dispatch team and Stan were a pleasure to work with as well as the movers and I would definitely recommend because of their prompt and friendly service.

My experience with Centennial Moving was fantastic from start to finish. I was so worried about my long distance move from Ontario to Nova Scotia, knowing how unreliable long distance movers can be, and having already been scammed out of a deposit with a different company. However, every single person I had contact with at Centennial was helpful and honest. The online inventory tool was great, and Kate, my move coordinator, worked with me to ensure my quote was as accurate as possible. And it really was - there were no surprise fees at any point. I truly appreciated the transparency of this company. Also, the movers at both the pick up and destination were awesome. The team who picked up my belongings were SO efficient, and they did an amazing job wrapping everything. The team who unloaded at my new house were so friendly and just as efficient and careful, and they reassembled everything perfectly. And, I can’t forget to add, they were very punctual! Even though they gave me a broad window when they might arrive, I really wasn’t waiting around for them for long, especially at the destination. And while they tell you it can take 2-5 weeks for your belongings to arrive, I only had to wait about 2.5 weeks. Believe it or not, the only item broken in the entire move (30+ boxes and furniture) was a single glass that I had packed poorly. Everything else arrived in perfect condition, and the price overall for this move was very very reasonable compared to some quotes I’d received elsewhere. It also took so much of the work and burden off of me. I can’t say enough good things; if you’re worried about a long distance move and sketchy moving companies, I would recommend Centennial completely.

Had an overall smooth move across the country with Centennial Moving! Found their estimated quote quite competitive and relatively accurate. Their referral program is also nice to see. They provided frequent follow up as necessary. The initial pick up movers had some negative attitudes that were unnecessary, but the full services provided were as advertised and everything arrived without anything missing and with no significant damages. Caveat is that estimated date of delivery ranges from 2 to 6 weeks with only a few days notice in advance. Would recommend to others considering moving services taking the above into account.

I used Centennial moving for moving from Toronto to Calgary. Such kind of a move can be stressful however Centennial Moving was amazing.The move was fantastic-- well planned, coordinated, and delivered. The movers were very polite and helpful. The customer rep maintained constant connect throughout the move and was prompt in answering questions. Highly recommended!

Great experience. Just moved from Ontario to Alberta and the whole process went smoothly. They have excellent communication and are extremely detailed. We had everything explained to us with no hidden costs or surprises. They were very thorough and careful with packing our items, and most importantly, our items arrived safely and much sooner than we anticipated! We researched so many companies when planning our move and even just a few bad reviews would turn us away, choosing Centennial was well worth it.

I recently moved from Winnipeg to Toronto. These guys did a fabulous job with packing, picking, transportation, delivery and setting up basic furniture. They were extremely efficient and they charged very nominally. There were no hidden charges. They even took us to the weighing zone to prove their genuinity! They delivered the items on the promised date as well! Moreover the staffs were super-friendly and extremely responsive. overall they are the best in business when it comes to packing and moving!

I would like to thank the person I dealt with for his reliable and efficient customer service. He was always so prompt in responding to any of my queries with my move. The care and attention shown by your movers was most impressive at both sites in Toronto and Vancouver. They dealt with heavy furniture etc with methodical belief in their skills, plus the reassembly of some items. Nothing was harmed.
