Takes forever to get things done maintenance man's legally blind, landlords cheap and tries to avoid repairs. Sound proofing is terrible you can actually hear your neighbors having a conversation. Cheap construction and poorly winterized, cheap windows and isolation. The place is turning into a dump and they allow anyone to live here.
