Their plumber came and went before most of the places I called even returned my call. Reasonable price for an emergency visit. Patrick was very considerate of our home, very pleasant, and very professional. I would recommend Waterdogs to family and friends.

Dennis and Drew gave us 2 options on the replacement of my sister's water heater. We went the expedient way, as the price was about the same, and this situation would not have to come up again. We went with a power vent heater for a simpler installation. The inspector gave two thumbs up a few days later. I will call Waterdogs again!

Water was leaking through our basement ceiling at 6am, we called about 730am, they arrived around 9am - very friendly, professional, got the job done quick for a good price! Highly recommend!

Professional, kind, and punctual. Late to writing this review, but realized it was overdue. Dennis did very cosmetically clean work in a tight space that I was certain would come out hacky even with skilled hands. I had an unusual and tough request with fitting filters I bought on my own in a corner of my basement, and I knew stuffing them between my water heater/softener where I wanted them was beyond my patience and ability especially in the tight space. Not to mention my engineer brain wanting a specific setup of valves and routing to certain locations around the house. I'm sure I'm responsible for him being hesitant to take on more custom filter work.... but he knocked it out of the park and was very accommodating to me when I know full well how very busy his schedule was. No leaks to this day and no regrets seeking out a professional. Very happy with the work and would recommend waterdogs to anyone.

Cody came out and spoke to me about a line replacement that we will need to have done and replaced my garbage disposal. He was very friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about both items. We will be using this company for our line replacement as this company has a proven track record. And cannot wait for this to be done. They are also very prompt. Love these guys

We’ve been using water dogs for a few years to snake out our basement when we need it done. Last November we had a new sink installed at our new house and we just realized that there was a slow tiny leak causing the board under the sink to warp and mold. Without hesitation, Dennis and Aaron moved their schedules around to come fix it for us free of charge. They replaced the board underneath and were so kind about it. This is how business should be done! We own a few rentals in the area and will always use Water Dogs because of their customer service.

So I just called to try to get a rough idea of what my repair was going to cost as I’m considering either having my home warranty cover this or possibly doing the work myself. I explained this clearly in the very beginning of the call. I was quite clear that the likelihood of Waterdogs getting the job was slim. Twenty five minutes later, this gentleman was still on the phone with me, talking me through the codes and the proper way to repair this myself. He explained what components I would need, why I was having the issue I was and the correct and proper way to do the work. Now, I’ll say that I have enough experience with genera home repair to handle the job myself (especially now armed with Waterdogs guidance) but more importantly, I know enough to say that this guy knows what he is doing and took 25 minutes out of his time to help out for no other reason than the kindness of his heart.

I love this company! They were able to come pretty quickly to resolve my plumbing woes. He was very knowledgeable and worked quickly. I felt like the price was very reasonable for what was done. I highly recommend Waterdogs and would absolutely use them again!

Needed a plumber to do backflow valve testing, and Dennis was both quick to respond and very fairly priced. Honest and straightforward - best qualities you can get in a plumber. Definitely recommend if you need any work done. Will be using Waterdogs in the future, for sure. Thanks, Dennis!
