KWIZINE Kitchen Cabinets

My son chose these Kwizine Laval to install my kitchen. Here are a list of things we had to put up with. The island was placed in front of a window, so we had no way of opening the window. When we asked the installer to move it he was annoyed and said he would damage the new kitchen flooring we just had installed. The back panel of the island did not meet the side panel of the island, due to a defect in the wood. Some of the cabinets are crooked. Some handles are not aligned properly. The spice rack is shaking and the drawers are not secured down. The edges of the corian on the island and the counters are so sharp that the installer cut his hand whilst putting it in. The wrong magic corner was installed. The sliding shelves in the pantry are noisy and not placed in the proper position. The join in the panel below the moulding are done with different color pieces of wood and it is very visible as you enter the kitchen. The worst thing is, when I tried to put back my stove, IT DOES NOT FIT....The space is too small for my standard 30 stove.We called the sales lady to come and check all this out

Went there for three sets of cabinets. One for entire kitchen, one for main bathroom and another for the unit which surrounds the basement television. Every single time, the delay promised was exceeded substantially! They promised 3-5 business days....They dont double-check ANYTHING for you just in case something gets overlooked such as a dishwasher hole of 30 instead of 24" or side gables which didn't take into consideration the added thickness of the doors themselves. We were very very pleased with the overall project. Good quality, good value, good planning, no surprises. Furthermore, the company is always there for us when we needed to some small fine adjustments. Really Really pleased.

My spouse and I walked into this establishment for some advice. We walked around both the made to measure" and "on the go" sections. We spent about 15-20 minutes and not a single sales rep or manager came to see us. Simply acknowledging our presence would have been a start.I got back home and counted 48 cupboard doors and 7 drawers that potentially need replacing/ renovating.I'm no kitchen expert however I've been told by a few guests (and non experts) that my project would easily cost in the $30-$50k range without appliances or anything else.I suppose that counts as a small project for some stores.Only wish I could be so independent with my business to ignore prospects to this extent.The showroom and presentation were rather nice which awards them two stars."

À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT... en tout cas, celui de St-Hubert- Champs d'armoire très jaunis après 3 ans malgré la promesse que c'est impossible- Lavabo qui tombe moins d'un an après la pose, avons dû reprendre le travail nous même- Avons dû nous battre pour obtenir des correctifs. Voici un champ qu'ils ont refait (photo). Sans parler des portes qui ont été égratignées lors du transport...- Toujours en attente que ça se règle.- Seul le service de la vente nous a donné satisfaction

Rarement eu un service aussi médiocre. Je suis arrivée avec un plan pour me faire conseiller sur la réalisation de celui-ci. Accueil me faisant sentir que je dérangeais, essayais de me pousser vers les modules standards alors que j'avais besoin du sur mesure. Une fois entre les mains d'une conseillère, celle-ci connaissait vraiment très peu les différents choix de matériaux. Après l'attente d'usage, elle me dit que ma cuisine coûterait 38,000$ (j'ai fait faire d'autres comparables par la suite avec le même plan et choix de matériaux et les prix jouaient entre 12,000$ et 17,000$) sans aucun écrit qui me dirait d'ou venait ce montant. Je ne retournerais pas là pour tout l'or du monde.

I had a great experience with Kwizine from the design process all the way to the after-service care. Everyone was courteous, helpful and they listened to our wants and needs. The delivered product was of good quality and the price was reasonable. We installed the kitchen ourselves yet everyone was still available to answer any questions we had during this process. I highly recommend this company.

We found them by just driving around in the areas and went it for a project.We had A good experience with KwizineThey were very helpful from the beginning right up until the end.Quality is very good - so were the prices.We did our own install.so I can’t give a review on their install but I am sure it is good.I will definatley use them again, and I highly recommend them.
