We ordered chicken shawarma wrap, and it was ok but their customer service didn’t meet my expectations… the cashier was so grumpy and impatient that’s not an attitude I expected when I’m going to a restaurant.

Tasty Shawarma. I've reviewed another branch before, their shawarma plates are as awesome as ever.!(Ordered the chicken/beef mix plate).But the new interesting discovery was their beef burger. To be frank I got bored of having shawarmas 24/7, so decided to order the peculiar item on the menu. Only $7.25 for a burger COMBO. Obviously not the best burger in the world at this price, but it has its good points: the frozen processed patty is not bad, and it's the closest thing I've found to a simple McDonald's burger. And that for me was the selling point, since most of us can't have McDonald's due to halal issue, this burger was the closest alternative. Plus the deal comes with very large golden crisp potato wedges, which make it a steal at this price.

I waited over 20 minutes at 2:00pm getting 2 chicken shawarma wraps for $13. The price was too good to be true and now I know why. I actually didn’t know it was possible for Shawarma meat to be flavorless. WORST part, while waiting, I used the restroom to wash my hands. Thet have this ROSE scented hand soap. If you like old granny smell then your in luck! But wowza, just brutal. It’s all I could smell while eating it. I wanted to wash my hands from washing my hands.

Tasty shawarma has very good prices compared to typical shawarma restaurants however their beef quality in particular really showcases the price. I used to be a regular and came at least once a week however the quality drastically went down and I was left with more mouthfuls of inedible scraps than proper beef shawarma. Really disappointed me because this was my favourite place to go. When I visit on a rare occasion my go to is now the falafel wrap because there’s no way for them to put whatever animal scraps they put in the beef in it.

Tasty Shawarma
One of the best shawarma place in Richmond hill. They have sufficient spaces to fit in a medium crowd too . The staffs are properly groomed . The restaurant is very hygienic. Both the individual chicken shawarma and the plate shawarmas that I ordered were definitely a bang for the buck. They offer two shawarmas for less than $10 without compromising the taste . Would love to visit this place all over again . Kudos team !

I ordered a chicken plate and sandwich to feed two. The sandwich tastes better than the plate, but both are not very good. The sauce is too dry and the rice was stale. When I use to live in Scarborough there were quite a few Shawarma restaurants that served some good food. My comparison would be Empire Shawarma and Tasty Shawarma and Falafel( not to be confused with this one)

We ordered chicken and beef shawarmas. the inside was only lettuce and onion and a little pickle. We asked for spicy but it was not hot at all. and just a little scoop of meat. not happy at all. We live in North York and there is better shawarma places here. Also they do not make the sandwich in front of you and you cannot pick toppings or sauces.

Ordered 4 chicken shwarmas to go, no one in restaurant despite its a Saturday at noon. First indication. Chicken was dry, very light on the sauces and 2 of 4 had burned wraps. Friendly service but didnt make up for a disappointing meal. Food isnt made in front of you, like other locstion in scarborough. Unhappy

Tasty Shawarma
Tried out tasty Shawarma because my friend suggested giving it a go. I would say it's pretty darn good, but definitely not the best that I had. Got the beef and chicken shawarma; meat was quite tender and tasty! Garlic-ky sauce with a tasty hot sauce. Would definitely come back here if I was in the area where I'm looking to get a decent bang for my buck. 4/5 cause its decent quality for a good price. Potential banger
