Great experince at the Orangeville location today. Thank you.

Just rented an engine hoist at this location. I was very impressed when I walked in and was told “I am sorry sir, that door should be locked. Please call from outside and we will take care of you.” For those intending to do projects during the lockdown, businesses that choose to make their staff do more in order to protect themselves and the customer from unnecessary exposure is a boon. I can get my work done and act responsibly during Covid. Kudos to Sunbelt in Orangeville as the process of renting and returning was made easier for me; their friendly positive attitude didn’t hurt either. I will be returning for any future rentals.I hope other local businesses In Orangeville and Shelburne who have thought through Covid 19 challenges responsibly and found win-win solutions take this review as praise for their efforts as well.

Had to rent a tool in a pinch to complete a job and Mike Dalley was amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to construction equipment. He helped me get the correct size drill and bit. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Fantastic location & very helpful staff

Much like the Jerry Seinfeld episode... they're great at taking the reservation just not very good at keeping it, which is the most important part of the reservation. In their defense, I was told by the person on the phone that they were in for repairs
