This life labs is the worst I have been. The girl is not helpful at all in the reception. The printer wasn’t working, so I need to leave the place find a printer and go back. Instead of them printer later. The waiting was too long because they didn’t have many professionals working, such a mess.

Just finished my blood work this morning. Got there a bit early as requested on line booking. Was taken in right away and blood work was done on time. The most efficient appointment I have had so far. On time. Staff were friendly and great!

Exceptionally rude staff. Walk-ins are apparently completely and thoroughly ignored, even when they are not busy. I went there just to drop something off, and waited for 10 minutes (there was no line up) just to make eye-contact with either of the two staff pretending to be busy. I finally left without saying a word or leaving the package.I can deal with waiting, I can deal with rude and even incompetent staff - it's so common these days you have to suffer it with patience and good humour. But what do you do with staff that are so utterly indifferent that any communication is impossible?

Fantastic experience. Booked an appointment for a blood test, was busy but didn't have to wait too long. Staff were incredible. Will come back.

I came for a blood and urine test around noon, walk-in, and all was super fast. I did wait just 10 min and a technician already called me, she was super sweet and patient.

Have been waiting since 4 days, had a test on monday and it is thursday evening today, asking for the report and you are saying that you have mailed it to doctor manually, does it make any sense, its been 4 days already, you have technology you can transfer via e-mail to assist your patients as soon as possible. The patient is growning with pain, really disappointed.

I've had to do bloodwork 5-6 times this year for ongoing medical issues. This Lifelabs is convenient and close to me. Staff is always incredibly friendly & polite. I usually schedule an appointment, but you can walk-in as well. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes, and never had issues at this place. Great experience!
