I had a most frustrating day trying to figure out the right model of water filter for our Fisher Paykel Refrigerator. When I phoned Lansdowne Appliance and asked for the parts department, I talked to one of the most helpful people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to. He gave me a quick overview of what to watch for in terms of when to replace the filter, and he had the filter I needed. His exquisite and timely help made me a loyal fan and a forever customer. I have dealt with Jesse at Lansdowne for my last few appliance upgrades and he has always provided excellent service.Jesse genuinely took the time to understand what we were looking for, provided an excellent and thorough breakdown of options and was fair with pricing compared to market value. We stopped in to Lansdowne in our casual search for a new induction cooktop. Are we ever happy we did! Randy was so helpful, entertaining and found us exactly what we were looking for. He arranged the install and the trades needed. I couldn't be happier with my new cooktop and the service we received. We will be back!

So very pleased with every part of my encounter with Lansdowne Appliance Gallery. They have a HUGE selection. I had very specific space / size parameters for the fridge I wanted. Sales Manager, Tavares Kudinda was terrific: super helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The refrigerator purchase went so well I immediately bought a dishwasher too. Rick the delivery guy also deserves 5 Stars. Flawless experience: He was just brilliant. - called to confirm that he was on his way. Arrived exactly in the time window given. Transported the 2 old appliances out and brought the new ones in - quickly, safely efficiently. I am delighted.

My wife and I dropped in unannounced to look at high-end kitchen appliances. I can say without any reservation that we left the store with an education I would have paid for and we made our decision on several homes we own including a boat we have under construction. Wolf, Miele, Aga, and more were under consideration, and Joseph cleared up all considerations with a self-made computer presentation. When we sheepishly asked if he could sell to us in the US, he quickly said that it was not about the sale but more about building relationships for the long term and educating customers or future customers.

I’m no expert in appliances but his recommendations helped me find something both classy and within my budget! Lansdowne Appliance Gallery
My strata purchased two sets of coin-op laundry machines from Lansdowne back in May for our building. Jesse made the transaction super smooth by being incredibly flexible and communicative throughout. He even stopped by the day before the install to ensure our laundry room space was ready to go and so that his installation staff wouldn’t encounter any surprises. Jesse was friendly and understanding and the machines are beautiful and working great.
