One of their drivers has almost hit me as a pedestrian multiple times and speeds in the isc parking lot. Does not seem to care about others on the road. I have also watched this driver not stop at a stop sign and proceed to try and go when he did not have the right away. I refuse to use this transit system as they ignore their stops and are never on time to begin with.

I’m glad a percentage of my tax money is going to this service only if it was as valuable as the price. I wish the buses were on time not 10 minutes early or 10 minutes late, I also wish the buses left city hall and waterfront at the actual departure times and not before especially when some of the buses arrive late making you miss the connecting bus. I work early and having to explain to my boss and show him videos of the bus being late or departing in the way previously mentioned with a wrist watch in frame for time tracking purposes and proof is tiresome and costly for myself and my employer.

busses are always early or late. i waited for the bus today and it came 11 min early to the bus stop. how is anyone supposed to use transit when they just come whenever they please and don’t wait at the stop if they are head of schedule

City needs to update their Google maps and beginning transit times that suit the people using transit. People need to be at work FOR 7am which is barely doable if at all. People who work until 11pm can barely get home through city transit quite embarrassing

I was leaving work, and the bus had just pulled up. I ran to the door and right as I got their the bus driver closed the door shook his head no at me and then drove off. This was the driver for the 14 bus at 10:35pm on Monday the 13th. He fully acknowledged me and still drove off. Just so their is no confusion he was still fully parked when he saw me it is not like he was already pulling away from the stop,

Random cancels, buses not even showing up, showing up early or late whenever they feel like showing up only being at the terminal on time probably because it’s the only place their boss checks if they get there on time. Not to mention the buses themselves are filthy. Whoever the boss of this is, commit unalive.

The lift+ people on the phone often times are rude and disrespectful. I hate even calling them but I have no choice. Have to deal with way am treated because are no other options. They have some really good drivers and appreciate being able to get out with the lift+ service. Those who don’t treat you well or badly on the phone or bus often outweigh those who are great drivers.
