They acquire a good knowledge of health and water. I attended their monthly health seminar once and really liked the way the speaker presented. She used everyday language to explain the concepts and facts about osteoporosis so it’s much easier for the general public to understand. The shop also hosted sales and demonstration event last Christmas. Participants were their past customers. Everybody had a great time. Tiana Chu, the owner, is friendly, helpful, and has much product knowledge too.

Great place. Tiana was very patient with me as I wanted to learn more about the benefits of each Kangen machine before making my decision. Her knowledge and demonstration of the machine helped me choose the best machine for my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others as I know they will be taken care of.

Brought few items from them, always received superior customer service. Time to time, owner and staffs text me to see if I need help for using the water machine. Prior to pandemic, I'd attended several health seminars at this place, well organized, no hard sellse, and full of informative sharing.
