Good atmosphere, the food was fantastic and at a great price too. Portions were hearty and delicious. I had the brown buttered pasta and a Caesar salad and both were amazing.

Excellent service, relaxing and the food was piping hot and very tasty. The prices are average of what you would pay downtown. The manager also stopped by and chatted with us. It's nice to support businesses in Gastown because we know they've been struggling. With all the angst about Gastown being in deplorable shape, we found it to be fine, no anxiety about being in the area. Support local businesses, tip well and be kind, they are working very hard to make you happy.

I love coming to The Old Spaghetti Factory; they have good food and the atmosphere is always great. The meals here are great value where you get bread, an appetizer, entree, ice cream and tea or coffee for one low price! I don't think there's anywhere else where you get such great value! The restaurant is also a great place to go if you have a large group.

The vibe of the place is amazing! Its like traveling back in time. My 4 star would be for the wait time. We had to wait nearly an hour for our food. I understand it was a bit busy. But it was too much and other tables received their food.The food was amazing though. Rich taste and variety of options. The location in central in GasTown. A must try!

Beautiful interior and a nice patio to dine outside if the weather permits. The “all included” menu includes a main dish, soup or salad, ice cream, and tea or coffee and is a great value for the price. We enjoyed our experience overall but the service was average even though the place was more than half empty when we went. There was a lack of communication as we were asked if we want our bill before we finish our meal, and a snarky reaction to asking for a box to take the leftover home.

One of the really good Italian restaurants. They have an all you can eat menu that includes soup or salad, tea or coffee, dessert and a main dish. Absolutely love their pesto linguine and fresh green crisp salad with their Italian house dressing. The pasta sauce is so fresh and yum.They also serve hot bread with butter which taste so good.Didn’t like their steamed mussels though. Was expecting it to be in butter garlic sauce but instead came in tomatoes broth. This place is def a must visit.The staff is very hospitable and friendly. Really good service.

The Italian restaurant was charming and reasonably priced, and I was impressed with the decor and the unique old train compartment inside. Our meal began with appetizers of calamari and mussels, followed by penne. One of the highlights was the all-inclusive menu, which offered a choice of soup/salad, ice cream, bread, and garlic butter at a low price. The service was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and professional. We were so pleased with our experience that we plan to return in the future. The all-inclusive menu was an excellent deal, offering a generous amount of food for just $20. I particularly enjoyed the Caesar salad that was included with the meal and would highly recommend it. However, I was disappointed with the seafood fettuccine, which lacked seasoning and was rather bland. On a positive note, the chocolate-pestasio ice cream was a delightful dessert option.

This place was amazing & affordable price. Love the service or staff really nice, helpful and super quick responds. I love the decor insidr really unique old Italian style.The all inclusive menu really amazed me, it come with salah or soup, tea or coffee and also nice delicious ice cream dessert.I love the spaghetti with meat sauce, the meat not too much and spaghetti not mussy.And also recommend for fettucine Alfredo with seafood which not fishy at all and also the cream sauce not overwhelming.Look small at the outside but big space at inside.

There was a lack of explanation about the included food provided. I had to ask for it, and it was given. For example, ice cream or drinks.The food tastes average. It's not that it doesn't taste good, but it doesn't feel special or delicious. However, the price was quite cheap.

Absolutely awesome all around. Beautiful atmosphere, staff was tip notch and helpful.I would recommend this restaurant to everyone looking for a tasty meal. The food was super fresh, came out hot, and was so flavorful.The only issues we experienced were that my spoon was filthy. And my 2nd coke I got, the glass was greasy both inside & out. There was an oily film on the soda in the glass. I think kitchen staff needs to slow down a bit and wash dishes more deliberately.
