They are experts at what they do. They provide excellent consultations and services. The only downside is that they are hard to get on the phone but they are prompt to communicate by email.

I have been going to them for the past 2 years. This years tax returns were a complete disaster! I asked them to apply a caregiver's tax credit for 2 ppl I take care of, and they NEVER looked into the eligibility of this tax credit. They just applied it and they were done! I just received 2 assessments from Revenu Quebec indicating that I was refused in both cases and I now have to pay back over 2000$! The accountants in this firm are far from knowledgeable! I will NEVER recommend!

I experience with GORA was great. I contacted them first. Shortly thereafter, they created an account for me in their application. I got a call from them. They explained the process and how much it would cost. They were very responsive and very professional. Definitely recommend their services. Plus they are bilingual which works great for me.
