I contacted you in December. I received little to no help. I ordered my own replacement batteries for my fobs and changed them myself. The problem still continued. I contacted you in January and was told someone would call me. It is now February and my alarm is still beeping. An alarm system installed by your company 20 years ago. I think I will just find a company who cares about my safety and well being. Thank you for your reply. I wish you good health and prosperity.

I needed a key for a European lock, certainly a non-standard item. They practically almost forged one by hand! They certainly went above and beyond. I was so impressed that I got them to redo my front door lock. The While you wait" service was just what I wanted
