The Original Pancake House
We went on a Sunday morning. My wife and I shared a ham and cheese omelet. There was plenty of food as we both could not finish it. The staff was great and brought a second plate without the need to ask. The prices are very reasonable. It has a great atmosphere for breakfast. Highly recommend this place.

Generous portions, quick service, and pretty yummy.Giant Apple pancake was quite sweet—if you don’t have a sweet tooth, you may find it rather overpowering.Server was very nice!!!

The Original Pancake House
Server never really showed to check for a quality check until meal was about 2/3 done. Food was fine but a qc should be done after a couple bites. Another drink was ordered after the initial water requested when seated. Never showed, but was on bill. Pointed it out upon bill payment and it was removed. Service was fast and friendly to start, but non-existant once order was placed. Food was what you expect from a coffee shop/diner. Atmosphere was fine for the expectations. Wait staff acted more like order takers than Service staff. They basically just took the food and delivered it as opposed to delivering any sort of an experience.

The Original Pancake House
Went to brunch during Easter weekend with a group of people. I ordered the Monte Cristo Benedict. My first bite, I realized I should've gone with the classic. Going back to taking the first bite I couldn't do that and had to get up and flag down a staff member for utensils. I went to a neighboring table to acquire a ketchup bottle for my group. The company made this enjoyable and the atmosphere, it was a full house.

First encounter with crepes, pancakes and pies all in one place together to satisfy your sweet tooth! The signature pancakes were really good and one of the best in the city. The apple pie crepe was delicious and perfectly caramelized. The fruits as toppings could have been better that's why it's a 4/5 rating.

Was told wait time was around 15/20. Took us 30 mins to be seated. Once seated we had one waitress ask us what kind of drinks we wanted. Didn't even say good morning. Sat there for 25 more mins without a single interaction from staff. Ended up walking out. Absolute jokes for staff there. Seems like everyone is running around like a headless chicken. I wont be returning or recommending this place to anybody.

I am a 55 woman with a disability and I was feeling unwell, so I went here to have a snack and sit down to rest before going out in the 30 heat.I asked the waitress for 1 pankcake and 1 sausage . She refused to accommodate me, and told the manager on me because I asked her to bring me an item from the children’s menu to accompany what I wanted.My family and I have gone to Pancake house since it 1st opened, and they treated me like a criminal for asking for an accommodation to the menu.Never go there again

The Original Pancake House
Great little spot to have breakfast. Very reasonably priced! Parking is free and washrooms were clean. Patio was nice to eat on, table could have been a tad bigger, but still made it work. When we stay at the hotel attached we will do breakfast here again!
