What a great experience today at Bert’s. a very nice and extremely helpful young man assisted me with finding skates and a helmet for my little guy. He was so gentle putting on the skates and tied them up and gave feedback on the size. He also helped me with multiple helmets until we found the right one.

Great skate sharpening service by TJ. It was only $10 per pair which was super reasonable. He took his time and the end result was flawless. They also sell used skates for $20-40 which is a pretty decent deal since they come sharpened!

I have grown up with Bert's Sports from my first pair of skates to the pair I wear today. Although they have moved over the years I can assure you, the level of kindness and incredible customer service is unmatched and the same as the first time I walked in the door.I recently brought in a road bike for a tune up and told them that if they found any other issues they could fix them as they saw fit and I would pay whatever it cost. This was risky because, as a young woman, many businesses would attempt to oversell me or take advantage. That is not true of Bert's. They called me throughout the process to discuss my options and let me know about any issues I was unaware of.From my initial phone call to drop off to pick up I was thoroughly impressed with each person I spoke to. The bike is now like new and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Words are not enough to express how wonderful this place is! Especially when it comes to going above and beyond. Ewan...(hope I spelled your name correctly) the owner of Bert's, has gone above great customer service. We have been going to Bert's since my son started playing hockey. Since 2014. He has always been helpful, knowledgeable, generous and extremely kind!! Not only does he have a wide range of sporting equipment .( I bought an awesome bike here as well as all our hockey stuff. ) He is an awesome human being! During these difficult Covid times , when everyone is faced with challenges, he still remains positive and kind , by helping out in very generous ways. We all need to remember that everyone needs to help out when possible. PLEASE go to Bert's for all your hockey, biking, or any sporting needs. Very impressed with the team at Bert’s Sports!! My girlfriend called and they looked after us right away! My bike was tuned up by Doug who is such a professional! Ewan is so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the shop and the team! Port credit is fortunate to have such a great neighbourhood stop for all things athletic, biking, sportswear and yes they even sell masks!

Bert’s Sports is fantastic in supplying school team jerseys.They work as a team coordinating the correct numbering, size and logo on any jerseys that I have ordered. I know that I can place an order and have no worries about any deficiencies. I used to order from another supplier, and I have received nothing but headaches and improper sizing. Bert’s Sports is genuine in helping their customers and providing a great shopping experience. All I have to say is “Thank You.”
