I was without heat on what could be the coldest day of the entire winter season. I called Tom at 6:00am, he answered, diagnosed the problem with me over the phone, sourced the replacement part and was at my house to install it within 2 hours. Now that's service! To put it very short, I had a very messy sale of property that required the repair/replacement of an air conditioning unit and I was given very outlandish quotes and poor service from another HVAC supplier. I arranged for a second opinion and I was very glad that I reached out to Tom for help. Not only did Tom stop by quickly to assess the situation, but he was also very helpful trying to source replacement parts, quotes, and providing different options and solutions.The process was unnecessarily drawn out (to no fault of Tom’s) and Tom did not abandon me and was helpful with anything I needed. I would highly recommend Aldershot Air Conditioning and heating. Tom and his crew are quick to respond and are courteous and thorough when dealing with your problem. I called Tom yesterday as my AC was not working. Today, he checked the breaker panel and discovered the AC had not been connected. Excellent service. I would recommend to anyone. Our furnace went out overnight when it was very cold outside. They came quickly solved the problem and we had the heat back on. Great prices and service. I can't say enough about them
