Kevin is the best! We switched from RTH because our dog developed anxiety from some of the walkers, we'd always come home to something she destroyed. Her anxiety was gone within a few days of walking with Kevin and we now come home to a relaxed and calm dog.

Two years ago, this company lost my dog. Immediately we were contacted to come find her as the dog walker had to return all the other dogs. Only hours later did they return for just long enough to upset everyone helping by defending their actions and word for word saying 'it's just a dog.' They told us to call animal services although they never showed and only called me to tell me they weren't coming unless it was a vicious dog. No one helped but all my friends and family who came to our aid to find our dog in the pitch black rain of February. Fast forward two entire years and they have the nerve to reply to my initial review on Yelp just to lie and say they HELPED locate the dog and followed procedure. You should be ashamed of yourselves for claiming any credit in locating our dog. 15 of our friends found her, with ZERO help from the company who lost her. We were never contacted with an apology and the company was so unprofessional they never even returned our house key. Thankfully our dog has been hiking with another company for two years who are professional and do have proper procedures other than blaming everyone and taking zero accountability.

I took a chance on Scott to take my newly rescued, completely deaf, bully breed dog to socialize for the first time in his life. Not only was Scott a natural pack leader, my dog’s rehab was directly influenced by his great work. 100% will hire again.

We have been using Scott from biscuit pets for 8 yrs now. We have since lost our old pup and gained a new one and he has continued to work wonders. He trained him to walk off leash on hikes and really wears him out. When I hike I see dog walks just take dogs to a trail and stand and not walk. Biscuit pets are always on times and wear the dogs out and always smiling. We've never had one issue. We love this company and will never use anyone else. Our dogs go crazy when they see Scott rock up to the house. I highly recommend them.

Scott is reliable, friendly and my dog loves him.It's so great knowing that my dog is getting out on the trails while I am busy with work. Bandit always comes home exhausted!Scott is very professional and provides a great service. Love to support a local Vancouver family. Thanks Scott & Brittany!

We left our Shiba Inu with Biscuits for the weekend and he had a great time. Shiba's don't always get along with other dogs, but Biscuits did a great job introducing him to the other boarding dogs in a way that made him feel comfortable with them. I will definitely be using them again for my future boarding needs.

They took excellent care of our special lady while we were away. Loki had such fun on her vacation with friends! Absolutely recommend for canine care!

Scott is amazing with Albert dog!!! He is also a really great guy and is wonderful with the dogs. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Biscuits Pets - our 2 year old bernese/aussie shepherd has been going for walks with Kevin since last fall and he's been extremely accommodating as we've recently had a baby, and with our dog being a bit uncertain of new humans and doggos. He always responds to our texts promptly and is just so cheerful and lovely to interact with! And before the holidays he brought our dog a little dog treat goodie bag which was super thoughtful. Highly recommend Biscuits, you won't be disappointed!

We have used Biscuit for years and Scott has become part of our family. Scott walked out golden retriever and golden doodle for 6 years and most recently our puppy has gone for hikes with Scott for a year now. We love that our pups are loved by Scott as much as we love them. Scott is trustworthy and just a great person. We trust him with our most valuable family members and recommend him often.
