The worst customer service by front desk ladies. Just a word for them - in a world full of everything atleast be nice, otherwise stay at home

Not sure how this place is even in business. Even after hearing things and my fiancé having a bad experience with them I called hoping they could put my brand new tires on my brand new rims. Nope tires weren’t bought from them so can’t do it. That’s all I needed to hear. What a joke.

Updated from 3 stars to 2 because either they pretended not to know me in their response below, or as a company driver I was so completely invisible and insignificant that they couldn't match my review to the work order, despite all the detail below. Either way, I think other drivers will find better service in Virden or at the private shop in Carlyle of they're able to pass by.The original review is below:Service was quick considering the eight tires I had installed and two that were rotated, so the review is somewhat higher than it might have been otherwise. I found the tire tech completely dismissive of my request for which tires be rotated where. I can't be certain, but I believe he rotated the outside drive from the first drive axle straight back rather than the one from the opposite side which had 2/32 more tread (the rotated tire seems to have 6/32 instead of the 8/32 of the one I asked to be rotated). They do not allow the driver to watch, nor to stay in the cab. The tech had a marker but declined to mark which tractor tires were going where while I was with him. The tech did mark which trailer tires were moving where, and those were done right

I've been going here for 8 years the staff is amazing and knowledgeable. I'm so impressed they have things fixed very fast and are willing to work around your schedule. That being said i've had a couple of emergencies and they came through every time. Out of all my experience in Estevan they are the best.

Friendly, fast, and outstanding service. They torqued my tires when I was passing through town.

Great people and excellent service

Appeared to be a total bait and switch from when we were quoted to when we showed up for service. If not it was total incompetence and then they blamed our employee. When price came on the “right” tires it was over $100 more per tire than quoted and what I had quoted elsewhere for the “right” tires. Update: did find the “right tires” for $105 less per tire than our new quote.
