Went in person to inquire about a trailer hitch. The person I spoke too told me that they do sell trailer hitches but the employee responsible for inquiring such information with was not available. They took down the specs of my car and phone number. I never received a call. Roughly a week later I called and received no response, only voicemail. So I left a message inquiring about a trailer hitch, leaving them with the specs of my car and phone number. I still never received a call back. At this point I will never considering in doing future business with them.

Called in for a brake controler module.. Guy toll me to call back in 3 to 4 weeks... I wasn't even looking for an installation, just the brake controler. I wonder how they're in business. Dont bother cause it looks like they don't want your business!

I went to repair my windshield and it broke after repair (within a day). They have reimbursed repair charges. So I had to replace my windshield.Overall good service and very good coordination. The lady is kind and supportive who answers the phone calls and did the pauper work. They have a nice room and, I enjoy working while waiting until my repair is done.I could have given 5 Stars if my windshield didn't break after repair ;)

I called to ask for a replacement for my car remote first someone told me we must see the car and we'll see if we can get a new remote, but call us later to schedule a time. Now they told me we don't fix remotes not installed by us! Thanks anyway!
