Radiant Care Tabor Manor
As always, each visit with my dad brings joy and memories of my mother who sadly passed away April/19. Happy to say he receives the best care from the staff as his memory is beginning to fade and needs additional support and aid. We are blessed to have such great help for him as he loves and lives out his remaining years here on earth to be joined with his wife in Heaven in the seeming near future. It's what he lives for and so do we!

Radiant Care Tabor Manor
Tabor Manor is one of the most well kept seniors establishments in St. Catharines, probably in all of the Niagara Region! Truly care about their residents and workers, however they can be a little extreme in their view about the residents helping to spiff up the outside and if you are a resident and you went against their grand plan you will hear about it and in not so nice terms and you will be asked to remove anything you put let's say in the gardens in the hopes of making it a better place.

If I could give it zero I would. The most heartless, ruthless management I have ever encountered in a working environment. Their mission statement is to serve residents with honesty, dignity and love while showing nothing but contempt, hatred and insincerity toward their employees.

My Oma lives in the Mapleview apartments here. The staff are friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautiful! I only wish they could have daily or at least weekly activities again like they did before Covid.

This place has a lovely environment for those in need of assisted care. Also they had a petting zoo one day in a summer and there was an alpaca that kept spitting on people, so they had to put it into time out.

The long term care team is so very caring that words cannot express. After many year of visiting loved ones I do not have a single complaint.

I would recommend this care home to any one I know and it's not about wonderful management but more like the empathy that the workers show to provide comfort and smile on the faces of all, even in the pandemic, the care given is top notch! Trust me!

My mother recently has moved here....the level of service this place provides is amazing....their approach to care is excellent. The was a very emotionally difficult time for my family and the staff was so exceptionally compassionate and supportive....if you are facing this type of situation in your own family, this is where you want them to be!

Frontline.workers...psws and nurses are excellent and provide great care. Management seems to need some work. When new management came into Tabor the place started going.downhill. They are.more concerned with money than service. Perhaps respect love and.dignity should be shown by them too.
