Olivia Jane Events

We hired Olivia to do the day of coordination for our wedding (April 27, 2019). Her services were highly professional and we couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. She was on hand a few weeks prior to field any questions we had. She went above and beyond expectations including arranging pick up for some blankets for our guests for our outdoor ceremony. We would recommend her to anyone else considering a wedding planner or day of coordinator for their own wedding. Olivia is so well organized and our day came and went without any problems as far as we or any of our guests could tell (if there were any behind the scenes flaws, Olivia certainly handled everything right then and there!).

Working with Olivia was amazing! She was able to keep the whole wedding planning experience from beginning to end stress free for us and fun. She took the time to listen to what we wanted for our special day and worked hard to make that happen. We got married during a stressful time of COVID but Olivia was able to keep everything calm and positive. We had so many guests comment the day of letting us know what an amazing job Olivia did. If you’re looking to have a perfect wedding, go with Olivia!

Olivia is absolutely amazing in every single way, there is no other way to describe her. She answered all my emails, my panicked phone calls, contacted all the vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding, arrived at the venue at 8am when my wedding was not till 5pm and none of the vendors had dropped anything off yet just to make sure everything had been cleaned up from the wedding the evening prior. Olivia has a ton of experience planning weddings in Vancouver and therefore, has a lot of contacts and vendors to recommend. She is very intuitive about what type of wedding you desire (small, large, intimate, your budget etc.) and she matches you perfectly with such vendors. My wedding went off without a hitch and I know this was directly because of Olivia and her beyond detailed timeline. I cannot begin to thank her enough for making my wedding day everything I had ever dreamed of.

We hired Olivia for our wedding in 2016 and are so glad we did! We had her from the start till the very end and she helped us make our day so special. From choosing colours, to cutting down the guest list and everything in between Oliva was my go to! She booked appointments with vendors, attended meetings with them when she could, offered her honest advice when I asked for it and talked me down when I was frustrated. On the day of the wedding she made sure everything went seamlessly. Despite the pouring rain, wrong coloured cake and disorganized photographers, Olivia took every problem that came at her and solved it as if it had never been a problem at all! Even our guests recognized her for her friendliness and commented on the special touches she had added to our venue. I cannot thank her enough for the time and effort she put into our special day, she truly was a blessing to us. Olivia is really talented in day-pf" coordinating as well

I would highly, highly recommend Olivia. I could not have planned my wedding without her. She went above and beyond our expectations. If I was being indecisive, she would always talk things out with me or help me make the most affordable/reasonable decision. She also made sure we stayed within our budget. On top of all that, Olivia is a joy to be around, and I enjoyed getting to know her in during the last few months. She is organized, well-prepared and lovely!

Highly recommend Olivia for any wedding or event planning that you need! She has so much experience working in the industry, and has so many connections. She really works with you to make sure that your vision comes to life. I asked Olivia to help me plan and coordinate my recent wedding, and I cannot say enough good things about her. Her sense of humor kept things light even during some pretty stressful times over the last couple years. My husband and I worked with Olivia for quite some time since our wedding celebration got postponed from 2020 to 2021 this year, and she was so amazing! I honestly don't know what I would have done without her since she was always two steps ahead for everything and was so on top things for our day of wedding coordination. Olivia was so sweet, knowledgeable, supportive, and flexible with our planning and was so helpful for all of the questions we had. My husband and I worked with Olivia for coordination of our wedding! What I especially appreciated about Olivia is that she took on communications with our vendors a few weeks out from the event and created a very detailed timeline for the day of the wedding. It was comforting to have someone that I know I could trust to pay attention to the details!

Our wedding day was incredible and that was all thanks to Olivia. Olivia was the day of coordinator for our festival style wedding. Originally, due to the rustic feel we wanted to our wedding, we thought we wouldn't need a wedding coordinator as the feel to the wedding was very relaxed, however I am so pleased Olivia was there as many disasters were averted! For example, our cake was part of a flat tyre disaster and arrived with areas ruined. I had no idea until after the wedding as Olivia professionally delt with the whole situation and covered areas of damage with flowers (I actually thought the cake looked beautiful and had no idea the real reason they were there!) It is situations like this that really made having a day of coordinator worthwhile, it allowed me to get ready in peace with my bridesmaids. Equally during the day I was able to just enjoy myself, not worry about the time or where we were in the schedule for the day as I knew it was all covered and Olivia worked tirelessly and subtly in the background to keep the day moving to time. I could not recommended her enough, thank you for making our wedding incredible!
