We thought we were going to have to resod our whole lawn (larger corner lot), but thanks to Mister Nice Yard, we have beautiful grass again at the fraction of the price of other lawn services. We will use them every year to keep it looking great!! Can’t thank you enough!!

My lawn has never looked this great. Mr Nice Yard has taken my lawn to the next level. I’ve used many of the other “Big name” companies in the past and they were all “Ok”. Mr Nice Yard will make your lawn “Great” and the difference from ok to great is a big one. They are easily the best in Sudbury.

They sprayed from the neighbours yard into our yard. I had a severe allergic reaction to their “non-toxic” spray. The product has not been tested enough to know the toxicity. This does not make it safe. It is not okay to spray into people personal property without permission.

I've been dealing with Jeff for 4 years. I was sceptical at first but quickly realized that Jeff knows how to take care of a lawn. My grass is the best its even been and I use Google earth to show how good it is, as pictures don't lie. The treatment was tailored to match the state of my lawn and the soil conditions, not just a one size fits all approach. I had a chinch bug infestation one year that Jeff quickly diagnosed and took care of. I've recommended him to many people that are looking for quality lawn care service.
