Very nice owner. Beds seemed clean and floor clean. Price is okay.So, not trying to put down but you need to know about the rooms.Strong smoke in the room, different noises in the room when trying to sleep and loud noises.Also waking up to people swearing, 2 men and 1 girl from upstairs.The bathroom I would not use the tub. Ceiling mold and falling apart. Urine on toilet seat and side of toilet.Again, I hate to be negative, really nice owners but the smoke was making me sick and there's no way I'd take a shower or step in that tub.Had a rough sleep.

If you are looking for somewhere that reeks of cigarettes smoke and you want to listen to escorts all night this is the place for you. Way overpriced for the quality and the staff is rude, and not just had a bad day rude but every time I have been forced to stay here due to lack of other options. Seriously go to emerald or riviera way nicer rooms for half the price and the staff is decent.

There are bed bugs. They were biting me at night. And the worst thing was: at first the owner denied it; the second day when I killed one bedbug and showed it to the owner, she blamed me: we don't have bedbugs here, you brought it here! Which made me really angry! And the employee told me there were bedbugs and they couldn't clean it.

They charge quite a lot for what they offer. There was urine, holes, and dirt of sorts the wall of the bathroom, the beds were decently cleaned but a little out dated sheets. Other than that the stay was fine, they were fairly friendly and took us in right away, if you need a quick and easy, safe place to stay for the night this place isn’t bad, i think they could stand for some minor renos. Thank you

On a budget? Don't have a credit card available for a deposit? Need an affordable weeks stay?!Have a pet or need a kitchen, 2 bedrooms? Looking for a stay that puts you in walking distance of a grocery store, a few restaurants, grocery store, park or dog park, liquor store and 24/7 open convenient store??? ..... Then this is the motel that you should stay at.Family owned and operated, not a fancy place but I felt safe and enjoyed the convenience of many things close by. Ideal for someone working or exploring the idea of moving to Calgary and looking for a place to be for a few days, or as so about their weekly rates.Spending a week in Calgary this motel was perfect. Saved on my stay made it affordable to do things in and around the city. Short drive to Bowness to do my laundry and was glad I called to see if they would allow a deposit other than credit card - 100 bucks cash ( this might not be the norm for a week's stay but ??) it was returned after checking out, after staying 8 days..

Stayed for 3 weeks. Very reasonable rates. There have been many recent updates. Everything was clean, internet very fast. Towels clean, good water pressure. Nice family run business. I'd go back for sure. It's old and that is reflected in the price. No bugs or rodents for me.

absolutely love coming to this place. The owners honestly are very very good to me. Reasonable, patient and very kind. They've made so many improvements on the rooms. New mattresses, new dark hardwood laminate flooring. Fresh clean sheets and towels. Always white and smelling great (their detergent reminds me of home and the one I use) the staff is very easy to tall to and always willing to solve or resolve any problems. (Whivh I haven't had personally ( I consider them family at this point. Vemeveytine I am there I they bring a smile to my face. One of the most kind hearted and caring motels I have ever been to. Very clean. Maintained and kept in good condition. Almost every room has had repainting and new Reno's. Amazing sleep. I slept like a baby in those fresh clean rainforest smelling sheets, but only the fitted sheet,.the too sheet and comfortersmelt and felt like home. Pillows were so comfortable. And properly put together with the protector case and then pillow case on top as well. Both very clean. A great feeling pillow is one thing and that really matters to me. Lol. The bathrooms, clean... the tap was even sparkling. (How the heck do you that?!?! I always end up with water spots on my taps) they even have a kitchenette, with a full working Stoveo/ven and full sized fridge! And a clean fridge is huge to me. (In the double rooms) I've only stayed in the two room suite. I'm so impressed with the improvements and work they've done. They have even repainted the outside and working on repaving the parking lot I love this place. Amazing wonderful people. I consider them family at this point. I come here often and will continue to do so for years to come. Thank for the wonderful experience everytime. I've come. ♡♡♡♡♡

You get what you pay for and you are definitely overpaying at this place! $100/night with a $100 cash deposit. They are very strict about how many towels you use and must inspect the room prior to returning your deposit. I really don't think I could do any damage to the shoddy repair work, poor painting work, even shoddier cleaning job, aphids coming out of the drains, crusties in the drawers, dirty walls, baseboards, streaky mirrors, spotted and stained bedding etc. Their weekly rates aren't terrible but after staying for 3 days, when my plans unexpectedly changed and I needed to extend, they wouldn't even give me a discount on the weekly rate! You feel -pretty juvenile asking daily for fresh towels and garbage bags ansd coffee packets. Like for $100/night you can stgay in some pretty swanky Airbnb's and hotels and not feel like an unwanted guest asking for supplies. Save your money and stay somewhere you actually want to crawl into the bed or soak in the bathtub. This overpriced fleabag motel is gouging people for poor accommodations and facilities!!
